They did a poor job the first time through. The counters were so rough you could cut your finger if you grazed your hand over the surface. Also, where the two pieces of laminate met on the bar they didnt fill it in to make it look like a solid surface. The also oversprayed and we have little bits of gray on our newly refinished cabinets. We contacted them and they Agreed to come out and sand or buff down the rough areas and finish the bar top correctly. They did this bet the area that they redid on the bar was left as a HIGH gloss while the remainder of the counters are very matte. We called them to let them know and were told there were super busy and would contact us as soon as they could to fix it. NO RESPONSE for 2 weeks. We contacted them again, they apologized and said that they would call the following week with a time. NO RESPONSE. In the meantime we bought a house out of state and didnt realize till we came back to our condo to get it listed for sale that it had never been fixed. So called Miracle Method yesterday and had to leave a voicemail. NO RESPONSE. So called again this afternoon and they finally agreed to come out but not until July 31st. I explained we were here to meet with a realtor to take photos and list our house and really need this complete. She said there is nothing they can do and that July 31st is the soonest that they can get anyone out. So hopefully eventually it will all work out. If you are looking for a company with good customer service and good quality the first time this might not be right for you. Time since their first attempt and our request for corrections has been 2.5 months so far and will be 3 months by the time they get it, well hopefully right. If we hadn’t stayed on them I am positive that it would have never been taken care of. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They did a very good job and the person working on the tub was friendly. The tub looks so much better. The finished surface is a little more gritty than I had imagined it would be so dirt defiantly clings to the surface very easily which is something we had not anticipated. However, if the surface came out perfect like a new tub it would be really slick which the tub is not. It was also great that they have a white that matched all of our new Kohler and Barclay bathroom fixtures.

I requested a quote from Miracle Method of Charleston via email one day a few weeks ago. Within a few hours, Laurie, the office manager extraordinaire, called me back and scheduled a time for her to get a visual and give me an estimate the next day. Laurie was prompt and friendly. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me when I couldn't decide which color I wanted where. She gave me a quote for all the work being performed and honored a flyer discount that I had and I thought the quote was extremely reasonable. We booked a time for one of her professionals to come out the very next week. She said it would take two days, which it did. Mike, who came to do the work, was prompt and courteous. He was meticulous and concerned with getting everything done right and on time. He was kind and trustworthy. On top of everything, he did an outstanding job on my bathroom. My once 1970's pink tub and pink, gray, and white floor tile is now gone and beautifully covered. He spent one whole day prepping and replacing tiles, caulking, etc and this made all of the difference. The spray adhered to the surfaces beautifully. The smell isn't good during the process, but not as bad as I thought it might be. Mike made sure to vent the fumes out of the window. The day after the process, I could only smell trace amounts of the chemicals right in the bathroom. I paid for the work after the work was completed to my satisfaction and the amount quoted was the amount I was charged. No extra or hidden fees were tacked on. I can't say enough good things about the people or the final product from Miracle Method of Charleston. Since the work was just done, I can't vouch for the durability, but they offer a 5 year warranty and I feel confident that a company that stands behind a product for 5 years believes that their product is indeed durable. From my inspection, the refinishing seems high quality and durable. I would absolutely use them again for any refinishing needs I have. In fact, I will probably have them back to refinish my kitchen tiles.

Got a coupon in the mail and didn't know re-finishing was even an option for my old dirty tub. I tried changing the caulking myself a year ago, and the black gross calking started to make a come back. I couldn't afford replacing the whole tub so I emailed MM and they got back to me in no time. Even gave me a plethora of references with short notice. And their reference even responded very quickly in an email that had nothing but good things to say about this business. The tub looks amazing ; Tim the technician even came out the next morning because the faucet came off that night. The tub looks brand new and the caulking is now white and beautiful. They left a coupon for another job and I've already inquired about installation of a walk-in tub for my elderly in-laws. I was very impressed with this company. Very professional ; punctual and clean; Looking forward to working with them on future projects.

I called this company after I went with another company that came out TWICE to resurface my bathtub in my rental... after two times it was still a disaster. I decided to cut my losses and go with someone new. My tenants were a week away from move-in and I didn't have time to waste anymore or confidence anymore in the first company. OH HOW I WISH I HAD FOUND THESE GUYS FIRST and CALLED them FIRST! They did some damage control for me for the immediate need but I am sure the tub will probably need to be stripped completely and re-done from scratch. (The first company did such a number on it) The owner came out to see me himself and he is a great guy with an awesome product. It reminds me of my mom having said all my life "if something is worth doing it's worth doing right...the first time" I look forward to working with this company, the owner and his sweet wife. They are more $ on the front end but what it cost me with a cheaper company on the BACK end... wasted not only my money, but valuable time. I have my own residence and a rental that I keep in excellent condition, so I like to develop relationships with good people and good companies that I can use through the years for both homes and recommend with confidence to colleagues and friends. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about the owner, his wife who does the scheduling and his assistant who came out to help with the work.

We are very happy with the results and our new look kitchen. The only downside is that you cannot use the counter tops for 48 hours after they finish. That worked out fine for us. The person that did the estimate was very professional and very helpful.She did not do any high pressure, just here is the product and here is the price. She had many samples and colors to choose from. The guys that did the work were very careful to cover or mask everything near the kitchen. There was a new room paint smell for the evening after they left but that was all. We will use them again when we decided to get our cabinet doors refinished. If your counter tops need a "new life" -- this is the place to go! They work out of Charleston but they had no problem coming about 75 miles to our home to do this work We are not really sure why you would want to get all new tops when this process is available.
