Description of Work: Service provided did not reflect the advertisement. Special indicated door work and fence work with replacement for up to 6 boards. Asked for baseboards to be replaced and door to be raised. Unresponsive at first then only did the door. Door was great but nothing else.

Description of Work: The fence looks great with good solid, yet decorative hardware. This fence is definitely much sturdier than the original. They were courteous and cleaned up the area when the job was finished. They even let me know when my dog snuck off our property to go on a self guided jog through the neighborhood(this happened multiple times).

Description of Work: I'm in a new development on James Island had a rather large wooden 'Charleston Style' Fence installed. Anthony provided a prompt response and estimate to my inquiry. We got off to a slow start due to weather, city permits, etc. - but after the building started the fence went up quickly and looks wonderful. We receive many compliments from our neighbors on how nice it looks and how they're jealous of our fence. Anthony made sure that we were satisfied with the product being delivered and even followed up (without our prompting) to perform the application of the water sealant. I highly recommend Ladson Fences.

Description of Work: Built 2 double gates and repaired existing fence.

Description of Work: Removed & disposed of old fence and replaced it with approx. 162 linear feet, 6' privacy fence. Trimmed tree branches to accommodate taller height of fence. Estimated time to complete the work was about a week but the job was completed in 3 days. After two weeks, Anthony and his team returned, as arranged, to spray water sealant on the fence (which we provided) for and addition $150. fee. Looks good!

Description of Work: Anthony provided an estimate during his first visit that was acceptable. He provided a written estimate and statement of work, including a proposedvstart date. He and his crew began the removal and replacement process and within the week were finished with the installation. The worksite was kept clean, and all of the removed fencing was taken away from the site. The finished product wasas expected. The entire crew was professional from start to finish. Ladson Fences is highly recommended.

Description of Work: We purchased a new home. We had the back yard completely fenced. The fence was done in a timely manner, but the gate was only 2 feet, we could not get our lawnmower in the backyard!! We had requested a wider gate. Also the 2nd latch we requested was not done. He came back and put a post for a wider gate, but never returned to do the gate or the latch. I got tired of calling...I would not reccommend.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Mauldin and described the condition of my gate: the board that holds the hinges is falling off. I had been struggling to open and close the gate for a couple few weeks. While I was at work Mr. Mauldin stopped by my home and fixed the gate. He left a card. After speaking w Mr. Mauldin I decided to spend a little more to correct the other structural problems in the gate. Punctual, pleasant and willing to work with you.

Description of Work: Anthony rebuilt our existing gate. It now operates perfectly. We are very pleased with the work, and would definitely use Ladson Fences again.
