Troy did a great job! He always responded to messages promptly and performed the services on the day he said he would. He also told us to call him if we had any issues.

Troy not only offered a reasonable bid, but he gave us ideas on enhancing and achieving the effect we wanted, which the other competitors did not. He's professional, responsive and customer-service oriented, with an easy smile. We love the way just five lights enhance the appearance of our home and trees and would recommend Illuminating Landscapes to anyone wanting to beautify their home!

Troy, the owner, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We own a new home and have had several improvements done since moving in and he was by far the most responsive, punctual, and lived up to his word. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service. For example, he even ran extra lines with the sprinkler system to make sure the sides of the house did not get too much water since they were in the shade. He did not quote us on this extra zone but he ran it anyway. The sprinkler system works great, the sod came in very well, and we are very pleased with the landscaping and plants. The best thing about Troy was he was on site the entire time. He may run a small operation but he provides big service with an extremely reasonable price compared to the many quotes we received. Finally, what really sold us on Troy is that he listened to what we wanted whereas a lot of these landscapers want to tell you what you should plant and where without listening to the homeowner.

Looks fantastic. Troy did exactly what he said he would do and the results are just gorgeous. Did the job on time and was very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Extremely happy we found him. He was very flexible and will to work with us. The final product is stunning.

Excellent Service! Troy worked with us thru the postponement of our settlement date. We originally contacted him to put in our system in June but settlement got postponed until July 22nd. Troy worked right along side of us and couldn't of been more accommodating. He had a crew of 3 including himself and they arrived on time and finished the job in one day. There was minimal tearing up of the sod so it will come back with no problem . The yard was left neat and clean just like they found it. The men were very polite and answered all my husbands questions . Troy made sure we were happy with his work and spent all the time needed to teach my husband about the system. He said he is available to help us any time we need him and don't hesitate to call him. I would highly recommend him for your Irrigation needs. Amazing Service ! Couldn't be more pleased!

Troy White of Illuminating Landscapes was actually recommended to me by another company who was unable to take on new work. He came out to my house and seemed very knowledgeable. He had some good ideas and seemed interested in my project. He agreed to send me an estimate and then I never heard from him again. I left messages but never received a return call. I think his work must be very good to receive a recommendation from another company but when it comes to professionalism or just plain courtesy, he receives an F from me. A simple call or email to say he wasn't interested or didn't have the time would have been fine. But no response is just plain rude and bad business. If you cant be bothered to return a call before a project is even begun, I shudder to think what your response would be if the work had been done and there was a problem.

Troy was recommended to me after another Angie's list provider was too busy (which I understand). He responded to my emails and text and set up a site visit within a week. He gave a rough estimate with worst and best case scenario and we scheduled for him to return to perform the work. He was able to find all the issues I had with my system and repair them. Had to trace all pipes in back yard, relocate the control panel, re-wire system, dig trenches, trouble shoot sprinkler heads and replace several. It turned out to take a lot of time but he still honored the quoted amount (turned out to be a little worse than worse case scenario but didn't charge more) Very professional and the repairs are just what i needed.

Troy was referred to me to repair my irrigation system that would not come on . Troy showed up on time and did a troubling shooting analysis on our 25 year old system and discovered we had a couple of problems which he addressed . I observed Troy to be knowledgable , efficient , and very easy to work with . Our system is up and running and I could not be more satisfied . We will definitely call Troy again as we plan to upgrade our system in the future . Hollis

Troy White is a very considerate and hard working young man. He showed up on time and explained all the problems and repairs he would make. He resurrected a horrible problem that I have had with the lighting since we purchased the house 2 years ago. It works perfectly now and the lighting is just how I want it. He even uncovered a light that was buried and it it is now my favorite spot on the palm

Troy White called before he came on the date he gave us. He showed us where we had a leak and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He was prompt and very nice man. We will use him again.

I contacted Troy White, the owner of Illuminating Landscapes, to quote on my Lighting project. He was very courteous and agreed to meet me on a Sunday afternoon to look at the layout of my yard, give his suggestions, and to get my perspective as to what I was trying to accomplish. He was very professional and informative. The project was large, so I requested the quote be broken down into material and labor. A very reasonable quote was delivered within 48 hours and I agreed to the contract. On the project date approximately one week later, he showed up at exactly 9:00am and started the job. At 5:30pm he contacted me at work to let me know the job had went well and he would meet me at 8:30pm (dusk) to tweak the lights to my desire. He stayed on the job until 10:00pm until we all felt the lighting system was perfect. I can only say that when the lights came on it was truly majestic how a lighting system could transform a property. If you are looking for a professional, courteous and knowledgeable company I certainly recommend this one. As a business owner myself, I appreciate a company that provides "good old fashion" customer service.
