Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

This light colored rug is in a room that receives a lot of foot traffic from people and also my small and medium sized dogs. I wanted a clean rug for Christmas and Heaven's Best made that a reality! They did a great job, protected my hard floors that are under the carpet, and got all the stains out without leaving my rug saturated with moisture. They were also quite willing to accommodate my work schedule when setting up the appointment. Three friends have asked who performed this service and all plan to call for their own carpet cleanings in the next couple months.

We needed to get the carpet cleaned the weekend before Thanksgiving which was a tough appointment to get but Heavens Best gave us a 6PM appointment on a Saturday so we could get it done. Jeremy showed up right on time, walked through the house to get the layout, identify spots that needed extra attention and then got right to work. It took him about 3 hours to clean the whole house and when he was finished the carpeting looked great. We are very happy with the results and the service.

He first came on 12/4/14... came promptly . did my carpets. took pictures and texted them to me so I can see how clean he got it because I was actually moved out of home already and living in Florence. I had 4 dogs living there and asked him to get everything he could done..in which he did. There was no smell at that time except for paint since I had all my trim painted also, but few weeks later some realtors said there was a smell coming from my master like a dog. so texted Jeremy on 1/5/15,,he said he would go back and redo it with some better stuff on 1/7 for no charge, I was willing to pay him again since it was like a month later. I thought that was very nice of him to do for me and even texted me all he did when he was done and made sure all my doors were locked when he left. Very nice gentleman and awesome job all around. I would use him again in a second if he would drive to Florence for me!!! lol... thanks Jeremy... you were too kind. debbie

Jeremy came and was absolutely professional from start to finish! His estimate to clean the house was very reasonable, not over priced at all. My wife was incredibly impressed with the non-toxic and safety levels of the cleaning solution, we have a baby learning to crawl, so that was a critical factor. Jeremy cleaned the carpets thoroughly, the carpets were dry an hour later and we could rest easy that we wouldn't get dinged by the homeowner when we left the house. Thank you Heaven's Best!
