The people that were sent to install the unit were very professional in every respect of the word.

. They were good in general, there was a few problems. The cost of the services was 4000 $. They had some problems with some cleanup they damage a bit of the paint in the attic, whit the thermostat that they gave me. Other than that it was all right. There was a lot of things for that kind of money.

We purchased a new home at the end of June 2012. Almost immediately, we noticed the AC didn't seem to be functioning correctly and after a week or so, realized that the downstairs ventilation wasn't working properly. The upstairs was frigid (over 5 degrees below the thermostat setting) but the downstairs remained warm. Our builder contacted Fogel's who then called and arranged a service call for more than a week later. Although I felt the issue needed to be corrected quickly (our infant son?s bedroom is on the second floor), we weren't considered a priority since we had cooling. The technicians arrived on schedule and determined we had a defective part (damper). The part wasn't on hand or in stock and was ordered and received a few days later. The technicians returned and replaced the part promptly. After explaining the service provided, they asked if I had questions. I mentioned that the air flow seemed to remain low downstairs but was reassured that it was running normally. However, by the next day, I was able to confirm that the issue with too much cooling upstairs and not enough downstairs remained. I called the next day (a Friday afternoon) to explain that the problem remained and was immediately cut-off by the lady taking the call to tell me it was too late to do anything that day. I explained that I wasn't in a panic, I simply wanted to inform them that the previous repair had not solved the problem. She then scheduled a service call for the following Tuesday. On the last service visit, the technicians again arrived on time. After working on the system, they told me a few adjustments were made and that it should be functioning properly. As of the end of the 2012 cooling season, I haven't had any further issues with the A/C. While the technicians are competent, they don't impress me as listeners. Specifically, rather than listening to the symptoms I had witnessed, they seemed to have pre-determined the problem before fully assessing it. I believe that attitude is what led to the need for a third visit.

They are great. They are always on time and they do what they say they will do.

Overall, the experience I had with them went good.

Have used them for annual maintenance on air conditioning system for several years. Was generally happy with their service. During this years spring maintenance the repairman said I had "leaks in my coils" and both (dual system) air conditiong systems had to be replaced. Cost about $9000. He promptly turned off both systems claiming some sort of EPA mandate. This certainly turned up the pressure on me to get something done. I brought in other companies for estimates and was told that there was nothing wrong with my system. A month has passed and things are running fine. I now have a maintenance agreement with another company. I will not be using Fogel anymore.

Their pricing is fair and the work is done in a timely manner.

He answered my many questions, checked everything with his meters.

Salesperson was very knowledgable and encouraged me to research the recomended unit and competators on the web. Install crew was on time and did a very good job.

They have been prompt. They also have very knowledgeable technician. I had to call them up 4-5 times to fix our 6-years old air conditioner.

Expensive, but they were on time, and seem, so far, to have done the job correctly.

My heat went out during the ice storm, David came and reset my heater, and it works! It only took about 30 minutes and he didn't charge me anything more than the service call fee. Thankfully it wasn't something more complicated or expensive.

Called at 8:30 in the morning, and they were there within an hour. They diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I was especially greatful, as the cold snap had just started and it was definitely pipe-freezing weather. Definitely a good company to do business with.

Called for service on Friday night at 6:30....Danny came to house at 8:30! That was really quick for a Friday night afterhours. Danny was the best and most knowledgable heating and air pro that I have met. He was able to troubleshoot (and fix) our problem and correct some other problems as well. I felt very satisfied. If there are any repairs that I require, they advise me. They have done an excellent job.

The installation was quick, professional, and all my concerns and questions were addressed. I waited a year to write this review so I could let you know how the systems have performed. The Carrier 2-ton system has not worked properly twice since we had it installed. That meant, we were without AC downstairs twice and one of the times was just recently. The AC unit froze up both times and the last fix included replacement of a bad blower motor. Since the part they needed was not in stock, I had to wait a couple of days before it was fixed. Needless to say in this heat and my system being less than a year old and it being the second time, I was not a happy camper. Once the part came in, Fogle fixed the problem promptly in a professional manner. There was no charge since it was still under warranty. I gave this A rating because I do not fault Fogle for the Carrier's problems. I would give the 2.0 ton Carrier unit a D rating as far as quality and if I ever have to replace another unit, I will not buy the 2.0 ton Carrier unit. The Carrier 2.5 system has performed well since the installation in July 2009. My electric bill has still been very high but rates have changed and it's been hot and since one of the units has been wacky, I will reserve judgement on whether I really got the best quality. My June electric bill was $540.00. Hate to see what July and August will be. I recommend you look up the Heating & Air conditioning Installation Bid Comparison Checklist at energystar.gov website. It has the questions you need to ask concerning the equipment, duct work, and maintenance. It also has information on what qualifies for the rebates on not only AC equipment but appliances and other home improvement like roofing.

The next morning around 9:30 they called and said they were on the way. By noon we had cool air again. Very professional, and kept us informed to the progress. Would definetly use again
