Randy was prompt in arriving to estimate the job and immediately provided a detailed plan and cost for the work Chip laid out on the ground the plan's work, discussed the project details and supervised the laying of the concrete. All work was done in a highly efficient manner. Randy and Chip were personable and professional and I highly recommend the company.

From estimate to demolition to completion of the final paver install, every person did what was promised when it was promised. The job was completed in record time. The project manager and installation crews were professional in every way. Thanks much. The patio is a thing to behold. The finished job is way beyond what we had hoped for.

The project was completed in three days.also, the project start date was moved up by nearly one month because materials and labor were all ready to commence. The workers were very helpful in explaining their process and provided helpful answers to our questions. Of particular interest, Scott, the senior service individual has been absolutely fantastic when I had a couple questions and issues. He came out and repaired a very minor leak and then addressed some minor cosmetic issues. We are very happy with our patio cover and highly recommmend Express Sunrooms.

Great customer service. Great product. Glad I waited to add a screened porch to my home rather than add it as a feature while I was designing my house. The porch is very energy efficient and blocks out the heat making it more comfortable to sit out there during the hot summer months. They also removed my sliding door and installed French patio doors as well as installed a outside ceiling fan I purchased. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We used Trex Transcend materials for a small porch replacement. It took awhile to get the quote completed, but once the contract signed, the project completed quickly & without problems. The workers were professional, timely, and left our property clean, without damage. Trex Transcend materials are top tier, but it was still expensive for the the size of the porch. However, Express Sunrooms was competitive to other quotes. And less expensive than contractors installing Azek products. We are very satisfied with the result and recommend this company.
