I had torn vinyl windows and I was excited to hear they were coming today without me calling. I didn't give them the best review before but I can say I can give them a 5 ! They do stand behind what they do . Thank you Scott Haynes from the Warranty/ service Manager for putting my mind at ease about my concerns. You did a awesome job!! Thank you!!

I hired this company in 2016 to complete pavers, firepit with seating wall, and countertop for the outdoor kitchen. The seating wall and countertops were coming up a week after the job completed. Sunroom express said that is not their problem the normally does not come back out but since only a week they would. Re glued the tops and left and this was always an issue for a$9k job. I would never recommend them as they farm out work and will not guarantee the product. I am looking for to complete a new project and passing in this company due to prior service

We contacted Express Sunrooms to instal a travertine patio and could not be happier. The entire process from Our salesman Terry, the project manager Chip and the entire installation crew could not have been better. The workmanship was excellent. They installers were very professional and did a superb job. The project manager Chip was on top of everything and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Express Sunrooms.

Workers were very considerate and polite.

Great communication throughout the process. They came when they said they would. They used rebar to reinforce the concrete and tie it to the existing slab. They grooved the new concrete to match the existing and even repositioned two plants for us. They cleaned up after themselves.

Chip and his crew were fantastic. Really enjoying my new oyster shell patio. Cleaned up every day and Chip was very quick to respond to my calls/texts with questions even late in the evening. I will be the first to admit that while Express was not the cheapest price we were quoted, you clearly made up for it in customer service and professionalism. Chips crew was great and you can clearly tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I would not hesitate to call these guys again.

I had to research how to do the work myself so I could affect repairs to the work. They should of known the correct materials to use.

My wife and I are pleased with the patio that was built. It has completely transformed our backyard. The service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

It took just over 2 weeks after the express sunrooms representative came to have a contractor come by and tell us when he ll be able to do the work. But overall I am very happy with the outcome.

Chip and his crew were fantastic. Punctual, showed up on time everyday and really helpful throughout. Had a few questions throughout the job, and Chip answered the phone on the first ring! Thatâ s what I call service. Excellent company

I was totally amazed at the quality workmanship and they kept their every word on the build of my deck! As the female head of household I felt respected - you don't always get that in home improvements. Don't hesitate on your decision - just do it!!

Express Sunrooms of Charleston did a beautiful job on my front deck. Marcelo actually built it and he went out of his way to make sure it was perfect and I was happy with the deck. I'm getting ready to have my windows replaced and I will definitely have them do the job!
