Express Sunrooms has been very professional and helpful thus far through the project. We have not begun construction yet, so I cannot rate them for their work. However, once we are started and especially when they finish I will update this review. If their construction work matches their professionalism thus far, I anticipate an incredible sunroom. Because I cannot adequately rate their construction (it has not happened yet) but this web page requires a rating before we can leave a review, I am rating everything they have done at a perfect five. The "work quality" I anticipate a perfect five but cannot that is just guess work based upon our experiences thus far,

Scott Haynes came out promptly and did a fantastic job of fixing some issues with our vinyl porch. Best service have had in S. C. He is very professional and did the work on his first visit. Express installed a beautiful pergola over a less than perfect block patio. Our patio contractor had done a horrible job preparing the ground below, resulting in areas that sank below level. The Express teamed agreed to level 2 small areas that concerned me at no extra charge. When the stone team came, they said the boss told them to do whatever was needed to make it look good. They made our less than perfect patio into a thing of beauty! We can't thank them enough! Iâ d like to add a special thanks to program manager Dennis, install team leader Oscar and Joshâ s team for the stonework .

They installed a ground floor deck, partially covered, in our backyard seven years ago. Although we were pleased with the installation, there were some problems that they addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We recently detected softness under the uncovered part of the installation and called them. I am very pleased with their prompt response seven years later. Leon proposed a very fair and equitable solution to repairing the rotted pressure treated lumber that was the cause and Rodrigo supervised the excellent job they did in rebuilding the deck after all these years. I have been extremely impressed with the way that Express Sunrooms stands by their work both at the time of installation and now even seven years later!

Jeff was our crew supervisor for the awning install. Jeff contacted me, came when he said and provided photos of before and after. This crew were there just about 3 hours and cleaned as they went and were fantastic! My wife and I have a beautiful power retractable awning and protection from the sun. Thank you!
