I hired Matt to replace door frames on my home which should have only taken a few days and into week three of him showing up late or not showing up at all and consistently asking for money to go buy supplies and then coming back with a receipt where most of the supplies were tools for him to do the job I finally called someone to come out and inspect the work that he had done and the guy said it was the shottiest work that he had ever seen. He ruined a brand new PVC door frame that I purchased and now I have to purchase a new one because it’s not fixable. I gave Matt money to go buy trim and door hinges, and he never returned. he also took the PVC that I purchased and ran away with it. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this guy. He also installed flooring in my laundry room and cracked the washer drain and didn’t replace it. He took $700 from my neighbor and when she saw the work that he did on my doors, she told him that she wanted to cancel the contract he hadn’t even started yet, and it’s been a week and he has not replied to any messages and won’t answer his phone. I really hate giving bad reviews, but if anyone deserves it, he does. It’s now going to cost me $650 to fix his mistakes.

The work went well. I will use them again for crawl space work. Matthew is easy to work with, and customer satisfaction is one of his priorities along with quality workmanship.

Matthew inspected the crawl space and noted the high humidity (measured in the 60's) which was the cause of the floor buckling. He scoped the job and provided a firm estimate within just a few minutes. The price and scope of work were detailed and easy to understand. From the start to the completion of the project Matthew communicated the start date and estimated completion date. He provided updates throughout the time he worked on the project. His work was through and he kept his job-site clean. Our project included removal of the insulation and vapor barrier, application of the Everseal product and installation of a dehumidifier. All work was completed on-time and on budget. Within 30 days of the completion of the job the buckling of the floors has been corrected. The readings from the thermostat have a consistent temperature and the humidity is now in the low 30's.
