They were prompt and professional. They recommended using the dry cleaning method versus steam cleaning. The fumes from the chemicals were strong and I began to get sinus headache after being in the house for about 30 minutes. This was 4 hrs after they had finished. I had trouble sleeping that night because of the fumes and the next morning my sinuses were very irritated. I was not told anything about these possible health effects from the dry cleaning method.

The exterior: power washing - they drove their vehicle into my back yard and left a large groove in my lawn which I am still trying to fill. The interior: there were still cobwebs in the bathroom and around the fireplace, I had to re-clean the exterior of the stove as they didn't scrub it, I had to scrub the shower after they left - still stains on the base of the shower and I had to wipe down the door from the residue they left behind when they cleaned. None of the blinds were cleaned - they were still very thick with dust and cat hair, the edges of the baseboards were still full of cat hair from the previous owner (I do not own a pet)...the list goes on. The house was empty at the time which should have made it very easy to clean. I called to complain and they refunded $50. That still didn't fix the fact I had to clean the house I paid them to clean.
