+ -1 moreHe was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable fees. Derick had previously installed our system two years ago. It was in the middle of July and our system went out completely. We had NO A/C in our home. He came out to determine what was needed. Then he drove to Columbia to pick up the unit that we needed to avoid delays. The system downstairs was installed the next day. He and his crew put in about 10 hours to get the first system installed, up and running so that we could sleep at our home again. The next morning they were bright and early to complete the system upstairs. We were so grateful to have air again in our home. We had never seen such hard and great work performed by a group of guys. They worked in the heat, installed new vents correcting what the builder had done incorrectly. Our system continue to run very well. In addition our power bill has been reduced because of the effiency of the unit he recommended.
Description of Work: Derick came out and did an annual cleaning and checking the freon levels in my system. He was on time, professional and very reasonable on his fees. We hired Derick because he had been involved in installing a new system for us two years prior.
