I am so happy I found Andressa! My rental had been cleaned before the painters arrived but required another cleaning after the work was done. Andressa was a pleasure to work with from the time I called her. She was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work. Since I live several states away, I was unable to see the house physically before and after she arrived. Andressa sent me pictures before and after her cleaning which was extremely helpful. The house looked amazing after she was done! She also let me know of anything concerning while she was at my property and kept me updated. My management company was able to take pictures for advertising my property on time and were also pleased. Based on my experience, I would trust Andressa to clean for me again and will happily hire her again when cleaning is needed. The whole experience has been smooth and pleasant.

My house looks brand new! I swear it sparkles. Andressa and her husband are very professional and quality workers- I would hire them again in a heart beat. They are great with dogs and efficient with their time. Her husband also does carpentry so we may hire them again for a future remodel. All in all you can go wrong with Andressa services. Great prices for the quality of work they do.

I was really impressed by the job they did. He took down the screens in order to get the windows really clean. The windows had not been cleaned in a long time but he did a great job.

I need old trime remove , but install new trime and remove carpet an install 900 feet hardwood glue down.

I hire Sidney to fix my partial fence but he end up building the hole other half that I tought it would be impossible to pay at that point. It was very easy to communicate and show him my needs and with his ideas and talent skills I end up with my hole back yard fenced. My dog loved Sidney during the time he was here working and now he can play safely outside thanks to Sidney

Sidney did a great job on my house on the last spring. He build me a nice deck on the back of my house. I was very delighted with his skills. He was punctual, fast and his price was greatly fair.

Andressa is great! She and her assistant are very professional, on time and have done a great job. She is very concerned that I am happy with her work and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done the way I need it. I have a hairy, drooling bulldog (who also loves her), so I have some specific needs as far as cleaning and Andressa has been wonderful.

Andressa came when promised and worked well until the jobs were finished to my delight. Her standards are very high. They did not just wash the glass in the windows, every window, sill, trim, screen, sliding glass door, and external door was hand scrubbed inside and out. The power washing was done with careful attention. I had requested that the plants nearby would be safe, and they were treated with great respect. I intend to hire Andressa to work in my house on a regular basis, and I plan to hire her husband for carpentry work. They both went above and beyond the jobs I hired them to do, and they were kind and pleasant to work with. I am sincerely grateful to have met them through Angie's List.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work Mr. Sidney did. We had a large open room, and decided to close it in with a door. Sidney was professional, prompt and extremely pleasant to do business with. The workmanship was tops. My hubby ( who is usually pretty blase), was more than happy with Sydney' s work, and remarked " he really knows his craft". Plus, Sidney was very nice,always a plus. Great work in placing the door, building the wall out, painting , sanding etc. He was also very clean, no mess left. The price was very good and fair. We are extremely satisfied and if/ when we have jobs in the future we are definately calling Sidney. We are appreciative and highly recommend the Andressa business and Sidney.

This was absolutely the best house cleaning that I have ever had. First off, Andressa was professional, extremely kind, courteous and prompt. She answered my questions, and would respond to me immediately. As to the cleaning- absolutely fantastic! I have a pretty large home, and she cleaned every inch. My house is now spotless. So much so that my husband who rarely notices things like this, was impressed with how clean the house was. I have had good cleanings in the past, very good- this was the best , so I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am. A great price, a nice person doing the job and an absolutely spotless house. Andressa is the best!
