+ -1 moreAlpha Omega put a great roof on that comes with a 50 year warranty through GAF. The roof work was done in 2 days with crew arriving on time and working late. The roof was started within a week of signing the paperwork which was done within a couple of days of the quote. The only complaint we had was with communication between the company and us was not always in a timely manner, but we would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: We needed to replace the roof after Hurricane Matthew came through.

+ -1 moreVery professional representative came to look at roof and provide estimate. After they were selected our roof was replaced in one day. Final inspection by Alpha was a bit delayed but that was due to illnesses and the holiday season. When they did get back to us, it was again very professional.

+ -1 moreThey were great! The estimate was much cheaper than a competing bid I got, and they did a great job on the roof. The salesperson was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions and dealing with me changing my mind about stuff, and the crew came in and got it all done in two days. There was a bit of a delay with the rain and I wish they'd been a bit more communicative, but overall they were easy to work with, effective, and cheap. And they take credit cards, which I really appreciate!
