We have been using Chris and his team for the last few years. He has installed 4 systems for us. We have found them to be reasonably priced, reliable, and very responsive. Chris has come out at 10pm just to make sure that we have AC for the night. We highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris gave a professional, informative presentation. They were able to install next day. Price was not the lowest of all of our estimates, but they were definitely more knowledgeable about the options available. They arrived on time, were courteous, left everything cleaner than they found it. They even allowed by engineer husband to shadow them as they worked. They enlarged the air return duct at no charge. They finished on time and gave a tutorial in using the new thermostat. I could not have been more impressed. Providence went above and beyond. Chris has checked back every 2 days to make sure we were satisfied.

We've used them before and they are an excellent company. They did an excellent job for us on this. We had 2 A/C units go out at our property on the same day, and he was here working until 12 at night, going between the two, until it was all set up properly. His personal service goes way above and beyond the norm. He will be the first person we call, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Both units were serviced, and my a/c blows colder than it ever has before! Before I knew it, it was time to pay and there was no hidden costs, it was exactly what I was quoted. Chris is a nice, professional, honest Christan man who would never take advantage of a situation or try to charge or sell you something you don't need. Providence is the best price and service in town, and I was very impressed and will call him for all my heating & cooling needs. I am a lifetime customer!
