They do a good job, but I like their price the best. They're nice people and they're very reasonably priced.

When they left, they said they would not leave soap residue, the carpet is extremely soapy. Our feet are soaking wet from the residue. We tried to get the residue out with a store steamer and it pulled up all sorts of dirt and soap. We were shocked about all the dirt that came up. This dirt should have been pulled out from the cleaning. I am feed up with their customer service. We?ve spoken numerous times telling the company the carpet is still filthy. I want them to come out to look at it. He said, ?They will not come out because they are busy.? He also said, ?The carpet is dirty because the carpet it old, and this is the reason why it is not clean.? My carpet is not new, but definitely not old and the company is wrong. They didn?t even clean the cat hair or two stains off of my carpet.
