It went well! Everything was completed very quickly!

Kershaw quickly identified the problem and called me on the phone to discuss a solution. One of the flexible air distribution ducts tore away from the central air conditioning system and was dumping a significant portion of my air conditioned air into the crawl space of my house. The fix was a 90 degree metal duct elbow that Kershaw did not carry on their truck. Kershaw charged me two service visits because they came to my house two separate days, but the fix worked very, very well! The air conditioning system only comes on for a 15 to 30 minutes stretch at a time depending on the outside air temperature.

I dealt with a competitor who partially fixed my system and was to come back to finish. He never responded to several phone calls. That's when I decided to call Kershaw Heating and Cooling. They came that day and fixed the problem. They are a professional company, friendly, and great service. No need to call anyone else.

They are always punctual and diagnose the problem swiftly. They have the parts needed on their truck. Very professional, friendly and reasonable cost.

Ken Roberts' company is top notch. Would highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs. He provides a comprehensive proposal and maintains the schedule discussed at the time of project acceptance. He only has quality employees who really know about the heating and air business. Ken is constantly hands on making sure that the work is done to his expectations which is very high. Great communication and pleasant interaction with all involved with his company. Went great. In and out in an hour! AC working good for about 2 years now.

Upon removing the old unit, Ken discovered that the current duct work from the unit to the home was undersized. He made his recommendation, which we followed. Upon completion of the installation, he showed us how to program the thermostat. He also counseled us on the correct filters to use over the returns and the proper style vent coverings to use. The area around the new unit ws was left clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The unit was partially on the inside and they moved the whole thing to the outside. The business is family owned and it took them 2-3 days. Our bill is $100+- less every month. They are excellent and I would give them a great rating, overall.
