 + -1 moreTheir service fee is $80 for the visit at your house, but they stay as long as it takes to fix the problem. They put in a thermostat and that was an additional $80 to buy it and get it installed. They've always done very good work for me and they were very reasonable. They're very honest and straight forward. They're not pushy. They have service plans and things like that, but they don't ram it down your throat, they're very easy to deal with.

 + -1 moreI was satisfied. I filled out a form that they were suppose to come in the spring automatically, but they must have lost my information, because I never heard from them. I called them in the fall and they apologized.
