About us

I offer general repairs, maintenance, and installation of almost anything. I prefer to work alone, as I do not tolerate excuses for not showing up for work. If it is a larger job than I would take on alone, I do not have employees (for that reason), but do have preferred and reputable sub contractors in which I can work with. You will receive one price, contract, and all work is guaranteed. I accept all major credit cards, third party billing such as an insurance company, and personal checks are negotiable.

Services we offer

I will build, add, or repair your deck or stairs. I offer roof repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing rubber ventilation boots, ventilation fans, and chimney leaks/repairs. I also offer gutter replacement, cleaning, or addition of leaf guards; facia or soffit repair/replacement, siding repair as well as all painting. I will replace windows for an entire house or repair leaks. I specialized in flooring for 13 years, installation, subfloor, tile and making custom stair runners.

There is not a job that I am not 100% confident in taking on. I have worked all aspects of the repair, building and remodeling industry. I only work with top notch providers should I need to pull someone else in. I will not settle for anything short of your complete satisfaction!
