Palm Trees LTD came out, dug the holes, and planted the two trees in about an hour. I was amazed at how quickly the two men dug these huge holes -- by hand! I was also very impressed with how polite and respectful the foreman was to his workers. If I recall one of the two men had been working with this foreman for over 10 years -- that is a sign of a good company. No yard damage. Very professional and courteous....left us with instructions on how to care for them. Provided a 1 year warranty. We are ordering several more trees from them.

We drove out to their plae of business on John's Island to see all of the trees that they had available. The owne of the business told me that the the first two types of trees that I wanted to purchase would not do well in the soil at our property. I really appreciated this sort of helpful information. I finally decided on the type of tree that I wanted and explained that I wanted a large, mature tree. I was given a flag to put position on my property where I wanted the tree. They would send out an employee to look over our site to determine the proper size tree we would need. Once this was done, they setup the date for delivery of the tree. The work crew arrived on time, completed their work, cleaned up any mess made and left. The company will send me an invoice for the job. I will most certainly use this company again.

Palm Trees LTD are the best in Charleston. I would recommend them to anyone. They seem to have the best trees, prices, and service out of any company I have hired. They show up on time and provide exactly what they describe. They are the Palm Tree pros in Charleston. If you plan on purchasing any kind of palm trees in Charleston I would call them. Pronto!!

The employees that I spoke with were very friendly and they were happy to work with me. I paid a very fair price and I wasn't nickel and dimed on fees like delivery fees, outrageous extra labor fees, nor a consultation fee. My tree came with a 1 year warranty, which I have not needed. My tree is a little slow to grow out, but it hasn't been a year yet! Hopefully, it will open up more and be beautiful. I am pleased with the service that I received from Palm Trees LTD.
