It far exceeded our expectations, & is our favorite room in the house!

Very good work. Claudio was very responsive to my request for a quote. He got all the necessary permits and approvals and promptly started work thereafter. Project was completed in a reasonable amount of time; but would have been completed sooner if not for needing to correct a problem with the picket rails. That problem was corrected by Claudio .

They did a very nice job. Only suggestion would be to make sure they turn off lights and close doors daily when they leave to be considerate of electrical cost and bugs coming in the house with garage door to the kitchen left open overnight.

We purchased a Villa on Kiawah Island and decided to do a full remodel. We met with Claudio initially to identify the scope and details of the project. Although not optimal, we did the entire project remotely. Claudio was amazing - providing consistent updates and ensuring we were on track with all of the important elements. His crew does top notch work and we were so happy with all the work they did. What I love about Claudio is how willing he is to take your ideas and find a solution that works in your budget. I would highly recommend Claudio and his crew for your next project!

We cannot say enough good things about Pacheco Contracting. We did a complete renovation of our home. The team was great about communication and always showed up when they said they would!!! We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Pacheco Contracting!

Five stars are not enough...I would give them the sky!!! In all my years of owning several homes (I'm old) and hiring contractors, I have never had this level of professionalism...EVER! The communication was outstanding, along with the workmanship and work ethics. Claudio was at our house every day, explained what was going to occur, checked everything that was done and always answered all my questions. Not only was he extremely respectful to us but he greeted his employees every morning with a handshake...that spoke volumes to us. After doing the larger work, I asked if he could do the smaller ones and there was no hesitation. He said, "there is no small jobs, I am grateful for what I do". Stop scrolling NOW, you just found the perfect company!!!

We recently contracted with Pacheco Contracting to renovate three full bathrooms in our home. We were not looking forward to the upheaval of construction and expected it to be a painful process. Pacheco Contracting made the experience as pleasant as possible. Not only did they do a fabulous job, they did everything in a timely manner, left our home as neat as possible, and made sure that every concern / issue we had was fully addressed. Even when I was worried about something for what may have been a stupid/silly reason, Claudio went out of his way to be kind and explain everything to me, then reassure me that his crew would make sure everything was taken care of. The craftsmen performing the work were highly skilled and were able to recommend many things (layout of tiles, placement of fixtures, etc) that I was unsure about. We wanted to have use of at least one full bathroom during the work and they scheduled everything to accommodate that request with no problem where other contractors I considered balked. Elements of the job that other contractors had been unwilling or hesitant to take on were handled by Pacheco with ease. When bad weather was predicted, they made it a priority to ensure no debris was left outside our home. We did have to wait a few months for our project to begin, but it was well worth the wait for the peace of mind of having such a professional, competent group taking care of our renovations. In sum, our experience was great! They were detail oriented, thorough, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They also communicated with me very well so I wasn't confused or surprised at any point. I am hoping to get on their schedule for some work in my kitchen in the coming months as well. Highly recommend!

Outstanding. Claudio Pacheco and his team were extremely professional. He was an excellent communicator keeping us apprised each step along the renovation. We had a few surprise issues surface and the additional expense was very reasonable. The quality of the work was great. Overall an excellent job and experience.

Claudio and his team did an amazing job keeping the project on time and on budget. He is an excellent communicator and we always felt informed about changes, timing and pricing. We really enjoyed working with Claudio and will call him again for our next project!

Very well. Excellent workmanship and high quality materials. I have had many contractors over the past 40 years that I have owned this house. Claudio Pacheco is among the most reliable and responsive I have ever used. I have vertically applied channel rustic cedar siding. Pacheco skillfully eased out and replaced rotten wood without disturbing good siding. We also reverted to Borel trim. He will be my first call going forward.

Nick built a beautiful porch at our house overlooking the marsh. It replaced an old wood porch, and is really much nicer, as an aluminum porch enables a more complete view. Nick is highly skilled, moves the project along quickly, and can do multiple complex tasks. His bid was very reasonable and he is not the type to nickel and dime you once the job commences.

We just completed a major kitchen remodel managed by Claudio Pacheco and are quite happy with the final result. We largely knew what we wanted, but also depended on Claudio’s knowledge and input. And it made a big difference. Claudio is cool, calm, and collected, and this was valuable, as during the work problems did arise. Now these issues were related to the old construction of our house, and were discovered in the course of the work (i.e., faulty wiring, out-of-date plumbing and ventilation, uneven foundation). Anyway, he managed to correct it all, to our relief. Claudio and his team were invariably polite and helpful, and most importantly competent. We were especially impressed by Luis (carpentry),Will (electrician), and Marcos (tiling). Pacheco Contracting may not be the least expensive for remodeling/construction. But as the saying goes, “you can pay a little more now, or pay a lot more later.”

Excellent! There was constant communication, work was done when we were told it would be, and the workmen who came into our home were the best. We will be using him to remodel our kitchen next year!

Claudio and his team completed all work plus add-ons as discussed and agreed at a fair price, on time, and professionally done. Communication was daily, the crews were courteous and professional, and the work was done produced a beautiful bathroom. Well done and I will certainly hire again to do additional projects.

In March '21, a tree fell into the roof of my back porch. Mr. Pacheco was recommended to me by a neighbor. From our first contact, Mr. Pacheco was very professional and responsive. He came to look at the home damage the next day. After I made the decision to go with his company for the repairs, he did a great job of keeping me updated along the way regarding when he would be able to start my repairs. His pricing was fair and the team that did the work could not have been more professional and awesome! After the repairs, they left my porch so clean, it looked as if nothing had happened! I will definitely reach out to Pacheco Contracting again for home improvements- I could not be happier!

Claudio and his guys are a top notch group, they listen to what your asking for and they do the work better than anyone i have seen in a very long time, my wife asked for them to please be very careful around her flowers that were around the home and they were very respectful of her wishes. If i have any other jobs that need to be done, i will definitely be calling them, highly recommend these guys.

Claudio and his crew are fabulous! Could not have found a better contractor. He was always available and came by almost daily to check on everything. They all did a fantastic job and the house looks amazing. Everyone was extremely polite, respectful, honest and hardworking. I absolutely recommend Claudio and his crew if you are looking to renovate or remodel.

Outside of his immense attention to detail and quality of work, what made Claudio so great to work with was his counsel and advice. He took the time to walk through options and share his recommendations which was very much appreciated.

We converted a sun room and kitchen into a larger kitchen. Claudio handled everything including installing a ceiling beam to replace a structural wall. It was a complete transformation. The craftsmanship on the part of all of the subcontractors was excellent. Claudio’s strength is getting the job done- he carries out your plans.

Quite smoothly. Upon completion of the job, very minor issues on a punch list were corrected immediately. Very pleased with the workmanship.
