Contractor did a wonderful job. The holdups were due to the permitting process of Town of James Island and County of Charleston along with cabinet (Diamond ordered through Lowes - our decision) and counter top (again through Lowes) problems and setbacks.

Beautiful - punctual - professional

Mr. Pacheco performed the job as I have asked. the list includes, bathroom wall removed and replaced with new tile, features were replace and re-glazed of the tub. Also the back door and screen door was replace with a new ones. Finally he fix and replaced the electrical outlet that was not working. Also I have asked to remove and haul away an old deck.

It was a great experience. Claudio is always in touch, always informative, explained the process and was willing to spend the time with us to discuss details. He and his highly competent crew found extra closet space, made murphy bookcases to accommodate all our books and created an open stair case that is stunning. His painters were excellent, his tilers precise and electricians incredibly competent (two young brothers so creative and so skilled with always a smile on their faces even when the work compelled them to be here past midnight. You'll want to watch them work because it's like watching poetry in motion!). When things needed to change, Claudio and his crew were always present to help and suggest solutions. We had no tension even though we were anxious to get back into our place. When we needed a plug moved, a new shelf or to have the painters back to touch up, there was no annoyance, just the enthusiastic "yes" ! Claudio Contracting is an honest, trustworthy and highly skilled group. Working with them will be enjoyable, productive and rewarding.

We couldn't have been happier. Claudio Pacheco and his crew were wonderful. They were always available to consult, discuss rethink the project. they had ideas they discussed with us about additional space or changes to our thinking that made the finished project more beautiful. they provide full service from carpentry, electric, tile, floors HVAC moving and stair design. Honest, trustworthy, hard working and incredibly skilled. It was impressive that they worked with our designer with diplomacy and understanding. Claudio is an excellent problem solver and changes are made with no problem. I always felt that they treated us as family, respectful of our thoughts and home with pride in their work. the whole team is simply outstanding in all aspects of our construction.

In my experience professionals exhibit 3 traits: personal skill, work skills, and work ethics. Mr. Pacheco listens to his clients, communicates well with his employees, and performs some of the most difficult tasks himself. He and I discussed the project, we settled on a price I thought was very fair, and he communicated the necessary steps to his employees. Mr. Pacheco ALWAYS kept me on top of his work schedule. His employees were ALWAYS on time and skilled at their tasks. On a difficult issue Mr. Pacheco handled the process himself. My husband and I are very impressed with Mr. Pacheco. We plan to engage him again in the near future.

An excellent job. Claudio and his crew did excellent work and met every expectation. The work happened quickly, and he sent crews in after hours when necessary (painters). He consulted with me when there were design issues and made good suggestions. He was very responsive, getting back to me rapidly when I had questions. I recommend him highly. The job cost about $22,000 and was on budget, and we spent another $8,000 on painting a kitchen, sunroom and bedroom.

It was such a pleasure doing business with Claudio! The quality was wonderful, and his professionalism was evident in the work. He listened to my “idea” and designed the book shelves exactly as I envisioned. The finished product looks as though they were always part of the house design. I highly recommend his company!

They provided a beautiful bathroom for us and the owner reponded to our phone calls. We were living in the home at the time of the remodel and they tried their best to hurry the job as to not inconvenience us. I would definitely hire them if you want a detailed and thorough job completed.

From start to finish, it was great! Claudio was very responsive to come give the estimate, get started and complete the work. He and his crew showed up daily, worked hard and left the place clean. Throughout, I would call, text or email with questions and Claudio was very quick to respond and put my mind at ease. Wonderful work!
