 + -1 morePacheco Contractors did a great job!, the crew showed up every morning on time, very knowledgable polite, and never left a mess. Claudio wasted no time to address any question of concern that I had.
Description of Work: rebuilt two of my front decks on the front of my house as well as rehanging the front storm door, removed and hung 2 ceiling fans, inspected and repaired any and all ducts under the house, replaced rotten wood on back decks. Installed a new access door to my foundation, installed a new foundation vent that had been knocked out by an animal in the past added trim to my kitchen window that had been removed by the previous owner.

Description of Work: Claudio has done many types of work for us over the years. He has painted the outside trim and inside trim on our house, put up ceiling fans, built piers under the house to level the floors, put up lighting fixtures, trimmed doors, put up crown molding, repaired ceilings and repainted, repaired outside boxing and installed gutters, put in new thermostat, cleaned dryer lines, redid toilets and replaced sink fixtures. He can do just about anything, but will tell you if someone else would be better for the job.

Description of Work: We have had the Pachecos do work both at my business and also at my house. They installed a skylight in a bathroom and it looks amazing! They have installed toilets and sinks in my coffee shop.

Description of Work: Mr. Pacheco has done many jobs for my family and is always accommodating. He has put siding on my townhouse and he has redone the whole 1st floor after the flood in 2015. New floors, new kitchen cabinets, new doors throughout, bathroom ,tile work and painting. He has also installed ceiling fans and repaired ceiling leaks.

 + -1 moreMr Pacheco has been very responsive to our questions and updates. He has always been on time and been on the project when he was scheduled to be. He was willing to take on this small project and will be getting all of the remaining projects in our home as we redo the interior and exterior slowly.
Description of Work: We were stuck in the middle of an unfinished project. The work was shoddy and the subcontractors were not responsive to remedying and completing the work. Mr. Pacheco was accommodating, professional, honest and willing to redo and complete the project that the others had basically abandoned.

 + 1 moreThe work was impeccable and timely. Mr. Pacheco also advised me on choices at times when I was overwhelmed with the process and they were spot on. I had to move out of my home during part of the reno and needed to move back in before my kitchen was finished. The workers were considerate and kept their work area clean. I can't recommend them enough. I scored a 9 on cost because they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Remember that you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: My home flooded in October 2015 and had to be completely gutted. I had heard good things in the neighborhood about Pacheco Contracting so I called for an estimate. While the other contractor I was getting an estimate from showed up late, Mr. Pacheco was early so I was impressed right off the bat. Aside from the fabulous job they did on my renovations, whenever I called, if Mr. Pacheco was not available, he would generally call back within 10 minutes. Rare!
