+ 1 moreWATCH OUT for these jerks!!! I bought a logset with installation along with a propane tank rental contract from these people. They are AWFUL!!! They don't know anything about building codes so my installation FAILED county inspection TWICE!! First, they didn't ground the exhaust fan, then claimed it is the homeowner's responsibility. WHAT?? They after "completing the job" they FAILED again because they didn't ensure that a carbon monoxide detector was required. ZERO service, no call-backs, promises unkept and installers and supervisor without a cell phone... ***???? WORST customer service and I'm comparing to the worst (United, Comcast, etc).... AWFUL!!!!

+ -1 moreMy propane gas fireplace suddenly would not ignite even though I had checked the pilot light as working and replaced the 9 volt battery with a new one. Ater making an appointment, Robert from service called me and suggested I "wack the valve housing" as they sometimes get stuck which was good of him, however it did not remedy the problem. The service technician arrived promptly as scheduled and found that the battery terminal was corroded. He removed my new battery, cleaned the terminal with a few strokes of his metal brush and installed a new 9 volt battery. The fireplace then lit. I regretfully should have checked this myself and had to pay $125.00 to have a terminal brushed and a 9 volt battery replaced.
Description of Work: Gas fireplace insert would not light in response to on off switch after I had checked pilot light and replaced battery.

Description of Work: We purchased a Renai Tankless Gas Water Heater from M & M Oil and Propane and they removed our old electric water heater and installed the Renai. It required plumbing the gas lines, and installing the water heater. The guys were great and we LOVE the heater.
