The two guys that came did a good job cleaning the ducts. I paid what was on the invoice. However, after reviewing the invoice, I have a question about the description "Vent openings over (12) count"). I have a copy of the invoice for proof.He had down: Upstairs - 1 AHU (air handler unit), 1 return, 6 suppliers.Downstairs - 1 AHU (air handler unit), 1 return, 10 suppliers18 (total) - 12 (included) = 6 additional.I have no problem with paying the additional suppliers but why are the returns and air handler units count as vent openings? Maybe the returns but the air handler units? I am going to call the other vendors and see if they will call the air handler units as vent openings. Especially when the description of the HVAC duct system covers the air handlers. Also, when we first walked thru the house, I counted the number of vents out loud as went thru the entire upstairs. Not once did he stop me or say that the return and the air handler counted as vents. If the other vendors count the air handler and returns as vents, I will call Mr Longman to apologize. If they do not call them vents, then, I want a refund for the two so called "AHU vents" and "return vents" within 5 business days. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.P.S. As far as the job itself, they did a very good job.Thanks,Kitt.843-224-8454

I called the company for info on having our ducts cleaned. Spoke with Bill Longman, who gave me detailed information on their process and a price and time frame for completion. Was able to schedule the service that day, for a date and time that was convenient to me. The guys who did the cleaning arrived on time and were very professional in appearance and demeanor. They explained the process and answered all our questions before starting. Halfway through the job they were faced with some bad ductwork from a previous service call/age of the ductwork that would have caused them to stop, have us call a separate company to fix the duct issues, and then have them back out to finish the ground floor. After getting the ok from a supervisor, the ductwork was replaced and the rest of the job was completed. The guys were here for about 7.5 hours, which was less than originally estimated PLUS they did extra work to get the job done. We are beyond happy with the service we received and the professionalism that Robert and his co-worker presented. The plan is to have Longman clean the ducts at our office. Can't say enough good things about these guys. We highly recommend this local company; we are a local small business and love supporting local businesses in the lowcountry. Very reasonably priced, well worth the expense for a clean, healthy house and better air quality for my family.

Technician was on time, polite and did not leave until i was 100 percent happy with the job.

Mr. Longman is very prompt to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with. He quoted a price based on the number of air ducts in the house and the number of HVAC units. (I had one HVAC unit). The crew he sent was clean cut and polite. They worked hard all day. Mr. Longman followed up after they left to see how it went and if I was satisfied. His original quote came in perfectly accurate. Overall they were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I can tell a difference in air quality in the house. My husband has severe allergies and we are expecting a baby. I will use them for the air duct cleaning again in the future, and have already scheduled carpet and drapery cleaning with Mr. Longman for next week.

They did a good job with the inspection and clean up. I would recommend them. I thought the price seemed a bit high, but I didn't have anything to compare it to.

He did a wonderful job for a fair price. They replaced some of the grills, they cleaned the AC unit outside, and they took the air return grill outside to clean it; I was so impressed. I had to hose them off because they had to go under the house and there isn?t a whole lot of crawl space. It took them eight hours. I got a nice invoice and he was just a joy to work with. He explained everything to me and I would use him again for sure. I?m planning on having him replace the insulation under my house.

They appeared to do a good job. They are a competent contractor and spent about 11 hours on the project (there were 2 systems). I don't really know how to judge the price, but the other company I got an estimate from was way too low for the work, it was not believeable. Price wise, they seemed comparable to what others on Angie's List said they paid with other companies. They were pretty responsive. When I called they were booked up for a couple of weeks so I explained to them what my issue was and they were able to fit me in a few days later. I also pointed out some things that needed to be adjusted and they were responsive to that as well. They were a little late getting here, but it was understandable because of traffic and they did call to let me know. I thought they were courteous and the employee seemed to be very knowedgeable and professional.

My carpets were very dirty and they are so clean now! They did a great job. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
