Description of Work: Exterior wood repair, repaired chase covers on chimneys, door frames and lattice surrounding air conditioning and heating units, repaired door frames. Exterior re-paint, all trim soffits doors and handrails, all siding and downspouts. All 24 shutters, hardware removed, caulked on a 5300 square foot house with three car garage.

Description of Work: I initially hired Kiawah services to re- surface the "popcorn" texture ceilings throughout my turtle cove villa...I was very impressed with their work so I hired them to do a complete kitchen renovation, and install hardwood floors. + -1 moreLenny arrived at 8:00 the morning after the call. He looked at the ceiling damage and said that the best way to determine what needed to be done was to cut a hole in the ceiling and look at the underside of the roof. He gave me a "ball-park estimate" explaining that he would not know the extent of the roof work to be done until he opened the ceiling. Two days later, the roof was repaired and the ceiling was repaired so that you could not even tell there had been a hole cut in it. There was no dust or even a hint that they had even worked in the house.
Description of Work: I had a roof leak and called Lenny. It caused damage to the sheet rock on the ceiling and stains down the side wall.
