+ -1 moreThis was a long distance project so a lot of trust was in order. Overall it was a very favorable experience and the results are lovely. We were on a timeline for the upcoming rental season and although all the fine details were not complete, once the home was open the "punchlist" was attended to. We were kept up to date via email and photos. Estimates were provided in a timely fashion and when we ran into some unexpected water damage we were given options and expectations. They were very mindful of budget and timelines. They have continued to assist with other small projects and changes throughout the year and they have been flexible and professional. One more outdoor project planned for next spring and of course we will ask for their help
