+ -1 moreDid not get stains out or even partially out. The area rugs still look the same and not clean. I commented about the poor job and he made no attempt to correct the problem. His comment was: Call Stanley Steamer. You get what you pay for. Would never call or recommend them. I USED THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Guess he's right . YOU GET A POOR JOB IF THE PRICE IS LOWER. HE CLEANED ON SMALL BEDROOM. JUST THE WALK WAY. DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE ANYTHING. JUST BELOW BED AND IN FRONT OF DRESSER. 2 AREA RUGS. NEITHER WERE CLEAN AND THE OUTER EDGES WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN,

+ -1 moreIt went better than expected as he even cleaned one area another carpet cleaner had said could not be cleaned. Our carpet once again looked beautiful throughout. I was very pleased with the time spent and attention to detail.
Description of Work: Jamie cleaned our carpet throughout our townhouse. Our carpets looked beautiful.
