+ -1 moreI would never use this company again for anything. At least 9 different men have worked on this unit. They never call except to return a call from me. The unit took 3 months to get, and over two months and still counting to get installed properly.
Description of Work: Started with contract dated 11/4/2011. Unit installation started 2/9/2012, I was told it took 2-3 weeks to get unit. I was told it took 3 days to install. They have made 9 trips to install unit since they started 2/9/2012 and get it functioning properly and spent more than 32 hrs here usually in 2-3 hr increments. They have never called in advance to say they are coming except for first visit. Unit still hits shaftway and has worn a hole through sheetrock. Have heard nothing in over three weeks. It is now 4/12/2012.

Description of Work: We had lightening strike our elevator, we had a blown fuse and then a blown card reader. The part it needs is obsolete and it has to be special order.
