Not well Did not cover my hardwood floors and paint splattered all over the house. Required hours of scrubbing then had to refinish floors.

They provided prep work on the trim then painting it. Filling nail wholes if there were any and caulking them. The workers were working under extreme weather conditions, 100+ temperatures, so they were messier than they were before.

We used them 3 or 4 times before. The first time we thought they were really great. Successive times they have gotten a little bit not as careful with their work, I would say. when it comes to paint splatter and things like that and attention to detail.

They arrived on time, worked very hard all day even in extreme heat. I would have understood temps almost at 100 as sufficient reason to delay the mid-afternoon hours.However, they planned their day to do parts of house with no tree or overhang cover early and more shaded areas later in the day. They were neat, responsible, professional and did not take short-cuts. They completed the work in a timely manner, and gave a three year guarantee for their work. The estimate was detailed, my preferences were followed and the cost was exactly what was quoted.Their quote was in line with one other Angie's list company but they had a 15% coupon for Angie's list customers.

Job was estimated in a timely fashion and work completed at a mutually agreed upon time. Painters arrived punctually and worked carefully, cleaning up the area each evening before leaving. Painting took slightly longer than originally projected, but they did an exceptional job.

Very high quality job. Came out promptly and completed a very thorough estimate. Work was done on time, workers were courteous and professional and a we were charged a fair price and on the estimate.

House painting - Great Job. This is why they received a B rating. I would ONLY hire them to paint the house, not the porches. Trim painting - Left one wall undone. Have never come back to finish, even after contacting multiple times. Would only take them 1/2 hour to finish, but I can't get them to come back, Still have $500 outstanding because they didn't finish job. Porch Staining - They did not know the correct kind of product or technique to handle our IPE porches. I had to guide them in both. Started to use wrong product for IPE, switched to correct product after I noticed what they were using. Also, when trying to do quickly, left pools of stain that ultimately had to be sanded and redone.

For the most part satisfied with work and price. Painters left bit of trash (candy wrappers, plastic bottle caps, painters tape) around yard when finished. Also didn't paint tops of window trim.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. They were completely professional, timely and most importantly, they did a superior job. I highly recommend them.

Could not have been better as far as work and professionalism

I did have to call the office twice to get a response. They showed up on time - from the estimator to the paint crew. Did a great job. They did get a paint drop on an antique piece I have, but as soon as I pointed it out the foreman took care of it. I would definitely hire them again and I will on my next paint job.

First the power washer did a poor job of washing the sills and horizontal surfaces, I later was told this was because they didn't want to get water under the windows. OK, but I assumed they would wipe off the dirt before painting, WRONG. I caught them slopping paint on dirty surfaces. Then when they didn't bother to clean up the drips and porch screen mess they made I had to call twice to get them to come out and clean up. But the worst part was the day after painting the porch I awoke to find puddling of paint on the tile floor where they apparently hosed off the tile to clean drips and got the siding so wet that the paint just ran onto the tile. I spent 1.5 hours of my own time cleaning the tile before it dried. UPDATE: Contractor did come out and redid problem areas as well as could be expected under the circumstances.

They are responsive, polite, neat, and they are just everything you can ask for. They are courteous, priced very well, and did an excellent job.

They were very good. They were very prompt.

What a great experience. Professional, friendly, efficient and just a darn good job. Cleaned up and replaced all furniture as advertised. Worked 11 hours at our location and had it all done to our satisfaction. Can't beat them. Had other estimates and they were where I thought they should be and even gave me a Sr. Discount or and Angie discount. No matter, the price was right.

Good quality job. House was pressure washed prior to work. They also had some siding to replace and did a good job with that. However, my only complaint was that the pressure washing revealed caused some more siding damage (meaning the siding was getting rotten) in one area and they merely painted over the damage. Had them come back out to replace and paint that area at a small additional charge. Excellent trim work and lattice painting.

Excellent! Chadwick patiently helped by offering to paint samples for me on the house so we could make a decision about color. He also removed and replaced some wood that was rotten, painted all siding/windows/ trim, removed/replaced storm windows, and immediately took care of every concern! Chadwick was a great communicator- made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and when his crew was coming. Excellent experience. I wish every company was like this!!!

On an initial phone call, I said that I wanted only one room painted. Tom visited my house and later emailed that "we have a $1000 minimum to send a crew or any of our painters out. Your estimate was around a fourth of that cost, but if you have any additional areas in the house that we can add to it we would be happy to see if it will add up." In other words, in the hopes of my spending three times as much as desired, they wasted my time. They should have mentioned the $1K minimum upfront on the phone call. I'll certainly ask any other companies about minimums right away.

Representative was very responsive, very professional. Got 3 estimates, this was the median price. Took their contract and added numerous addendums which gave them no problems, very accommodating. This had to have been a somewhat challenging job as the house is 45' high, lots of windows and complex trim, cedar shingle siding... took LOTS of ladders. Supervisor of crew was also very responsive and accommodating. We ran into a color issue with the "matched" colors (matching done by paint store) which definitely did not match the originals very well. They made every attempt to rectify the problem satisfactorily and we finally agreed to just live with it, it looked great even if not the same colors. The company representative ensured us that, after the job was complete, they would come back to address any issues we had and, thus far, they have been great about it (nothing more serious that some paint drips on the stone patios... difficult to see).

CPC was very professional, punctual, and most importantly did a great job painting the exterior of our home. I received 4 different quotes and CPC was the best price. In fact Chadwick from CPC was the only one to actually follow-up with me after I got the quotes to make sure I understood everything that was being done. Throughout the job and after, Chadwick was in contact with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. Chadwick even responded back with an adjusted quote very quickly after we decided to have them paint the porches as well. CPC was always on-time as everything was done exactly when they said it would be. They power washed the Friday before and then Monday morning the painters were there first thing. Three days later they were done with 2 coats of paint. The crew worked some long days and worked very hard in that time to get it done in 3 days. They cleaned up everything very nicely and even went back through for some touch-ups to the trim work after our walkthrough. I would definitely use CPC again.

Tom came and gave us an estimate of the work to be done. We thought it was a very fair price. The work crew showed up right on time and got to work. They did an excellent job. We plan to use them again for some additional painting and drywall repair.

Although we had a scheduling mishap, they did a good job.

Quoting process was fast and professional. Price quote was competitive. Power washing and painting crews arrived as scheduled. Work performed was of high quality and cleanup was excellent. We are very satisfied and would use them again.

Everything went perfect. Estimate, written clearly and reviewed with Tom, the estimator. Tom kept us up to date on progress, since we had to leave town, and when we came back, everything was done. He did a walk thru and mentioned a couple of things he was not happy with and took my list and immediately sent his crew to finish the items. Their repair work was excellent, working on an outside stucco, made it look terrific. Additionally, they are careful and cleaned up perfectly. The extra benefit, this contractor communicates and tells you whats going on and when and meets the timeframe and expectations.

After extensive repairs and new drywall after the flooding. We used CPC to paint everything in roughly 1600 square foot area, and used 4 different colors. They did an awesome job and were very quick and meticulous! Highly recommend.
