+ -1 morecalls since July 18 were not returned August 10 received a call from A.C in the morning to start work that afternoon, which was not convenient for us. A later date could not be confirmed , we were told to find someone else. no apologies and this after very reliable service for many years.
Description of Work: clean palmettos which the company has serviced for us for more than 15 years as well as large tree removal

+ -1 moreI expect some kind of response/feedback from any company we deal with- either a proposal for work, , or some indication that they are not interested in a job. This is professional courtesy. Arbor Care has provided no response or feedback to date ( January 7, 2016).
Description of Work: Danny came out and listened to our concerns about removing several very large pines and some palm trees close to the house and garage. He promised an estimate of work to be done and a process to go forward with the local Architectural Review Board (which mandates tree/vegetation removal on Seabrook Island.). After numerous phone calls, text messages, etc, we STILL have not heard back from either him or anyone at Arbor Care.
