BOYD FENCE

The work was done as specified to a time line and in a sequence of completion from post holes to finishing with the 12' and 4' gates to enter the area. We are so pleased with the look of this backyard fence. It compliments the very traditional home and the dogs could not be happier. Our neighbors are delighted to see the house remodeled and the yard well maintained again. The only problem was getting the parts, but they did get them got the job done and left no mess and they did a great job. They even apologized for receiving the wrong parts to begin with. They were very nice.

They did a very poor job and I have contacted them over twenty fives times, about the matter. They did not even finish parts of the fence. I sent them a certified letter and in it I enclosed an unsigned check, for the total amount for the job and told them that I would sign it, upon completion of the job. They never even knew that though, because they would not sign for the letter. Three months later, I had a man show up to my house that tried to tell me that my house had been condemned. I basically told him to get lost and then he told me that he was Frank, the owner of Boyd's Fence. I have had the fence for four months now and the pickets are already warped. David, the guy that initially installed the fence, was very professional. He went out of his way to try to make sure I was satisfied, but the job was just not done right.
