Description of Work: This guy is great. We have an older Carrier HVAC unit that needed Freon. Jeff came out an hour after we called him on a Saturday. Filled the Freon, provided a thorough explanation on how the heat pump works, and gave us an honest estimate on a new unit cost only after we asked him to. We will be calling on Jeff for all our heating concerns in the future.

+ -1 moreHe was very good. The replacement came in under the estimate and he had 3 or 4 trips where he came out here. He put in more freon without charging me. He came back and put more freon in on two occasions before he put in the new unit. He was very reasonable. He was a little slow to come back because he was really busy in the summer when it was really hot. He did take a couple of days before he could get back.
Description of Work: We used John Glew at Glew's Residential Climate Control. He had to replace my A/C unit and it stays cold.
