Description of Work: I could only select one category, "Exterior Painting", but Johnny Jackson/Triple R Maintenance did so much more than that. They have done a LOT of work for me since way back in 2018. They painted my entire house inside and outside, replaced a LOT of exterior dry rot, replaced all of my regular windows, re-screened my back porch, and did a LOT of odd jobs that are too numerous to mention.

+ 9 moreExtremely well. I told Johnny to treat my house like it was his house. If he saw something we needed to address, he brought it to my attention and gave me options for timeline and repairs. The initial roof repair was done on a fixed estimate. We are now at the point where they buy the materials with a 20% markup and charge by the hour. The workmanship has been very good, and Johnny checks behind his crew to see that things are done to his high standards. I would use Triple R Maintenance for any work I need done on any of my properties moving forward.
Description of Work: We started out wanting to have a bathroom renovated upstairs. The GC I was using was one of those "I can do everything" type. During the process of getting ready, black mold appeared in the sunroom. After initial demolition, the GC disappeared. I had gone out on my own and found Triple R Maintenance through a friend who used to be in charge of city maintenance. He highly recommended them and used them for his own properties. Since having a great job done rebuilding and reroofing the sunroom, I have had the bathroom redo, new storm windows put in, roof repairs on main roof, front porch redo, a new back deck pit in and stained, and numerous other repairs done. I recommend Johnny Jackson and his family business for most work you need done. When my townhouse renter moves out, Triple R will be doing all the renovations.

+ 12 moreTriple R is fast, reliable, and most important, honest. Pricing is always fair, and customer service is prompt and positive. Their work is impeccable. Never had an issue, callback or complaint.
Description of Work: Triple R (Johnny Jackson) does tons of jobs for our company (Island Realty). He has repaired roofing, changed out plumbing fixtures, inspected electrical, painted interior and exterior, hung and finished drywall, repaired garage doors, etc. He is our "go to" guy for many of our property needs.
