Description of Work: I called to have them come to my house to give me landscape ideas and she said she could not honor the certificate because they are no longer doing business with Angie's list.

Description of Work: Paid for a conceptual plan for some landscape improvements and pavers in yard. I was disappointed with the service provided. A poor hand drawing of paver location was provided that I could have produced better myself. A highpriced estimate was provided with no details broken out. I thought purshasing a conceptual plan would have produced more professional results. Needless to say I did not call them back to do the work.

Description of Work: Often one can tell the service orientation of a company by a small request. We had just one sprinkler head blow; that concerned me because of trying to get some company to respond to such a request. The technician was out here in no time, did a great job installing the sprinkler head, and checking out the whole system. We have used Pleasant Landscapes before. This visit confirmed our trust and confidence in the company. We would recommend them without fail.

Description of Work: I called regarding setting up an assessment / analysis of my yard. The first person to answer was totally unaware of the coupon they were offering on Angies List..The second person to answer was came across as I was bothering him with my call. I would never even think about hiring this company , as they really don't seem to have any interest in discussing there business with you. Maybe I interrupted their lunch/tv who knows...They suck in my opinion. Professionalism is in the toilet.

Description of Work: they were very nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable; however, the workers did not speak hardly any english so it was hard to communicate with them until the Foreman came out. things looked good; however, now a month later a few things are dying even though we're watering the plants/ bushes 5+ times a week.
