They did an excellent job. Chance the owner was very nice and easy to work with. They gave me a very reasonable price. My neighbors noticed that they did such a good job, and they decided to use them.

Job went very well. Came out to give an estimate of work and ordered materials. When materials were in, they came back out and installed the roof. No leaks yet.

After seeing the excellent workmanship and professionalism Lowcountry Roofing and Exteriors performed when roofing my house they were the first people I called to replace the fascia and soffitt on my two story home. The work was done timely and to my specifications. Chance Nyman the owner of the business would check the work daily and made any and all adjustments I required. While their pricing bid was not the lowest it certainly was well under the Big Box chain estimates and the quality of workmanship and Mr. Nyman's professionalism made the job well worth the price. I know several people that have used LR&E and all have been completely satisfied. I would and do highly recommend LR&E to my friends and associates.

It took two days to finish the work. I spent $9000 for the service. They showed up promptly for the initial appointment. They measured the roof. They gave me a detailed estimate and went over exactly what would happen. Everything happened exactly as they said. The price was competitive. Their punctuality and professionalism were both excellent. I would most definitely use their services again.

I was very please with the results. They were on time, did a very professional job and cleaned up the area when they were finished. The owner came out to make sure we were satisfied with the work before he processed our payment.

Chance was very professional and gave a great presentation. He was on time and made sure that things were going according to his plan prior to leaving the morning of the install. The only complaint that I have is an item was broken on our front porch and I was not made aware of it. I noticed that it was missing when I went out to put a plant in it and saw that it was not on the table on the porch. Upon further investigation I saw small pieces of broken pottery on the floor underneath of the table. This was an item that I had for 30 years or more, so it had great sentimental value. I was unable to give him the monetary value, so he stated that if I was able to find one he would help me out with it. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find another item like this one. I was not happy about this situation or his people trying to hide this from Chance or myself. Other than that his staff did a great job. Cleaned up and so far the roof is working great.

I was glad for his honesty. I was renting a room from a friend and he did a roof for my friend previously. I watched him do the work and his interaction with my friend. She was very, very picky and he came back and redid everything she asked. It was an historic home. They were reliable. I would probably try to find somebody cheaper to do work for me.

Our contact was with the owner, Chance Nyman. We were impressed with his experience and professionalism from the very first. He explained exactly what and how materials would be used to give our house maximum protection. We are confident that we received top quality materials installed correctly. His crew completed the job and cleaned up completely in just 1 day. His was actually the lowest of 3 bids, slightly less than other contractors who stated that the job would require about 5 days to complete, possibly leaving our roof exposed to rain over that time. I have recommended him to my neighbor who will be ready for a new roof shortly.

They took off the old roof and replaced the sub-roofing as well. They installed 25 windows of varying sizes. We were very pleased with the price. It was not bad at all. We contacted Chase, the owner. He came out and we discussed what we wanted done. He gave us the price. He looked around and measured the windows. His workmen showed up here one morning and they first did the roof. There were 3 men and as they tore the old roof off, there were 2 women on the ground that were picking up the old shingles and putting them in a truck and getting rid of them. They were picking up after themselves as they were going along, which I thought was very good. They were very tidy and they were done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. I was surprised when they were done in one day. We have dormers and it's a 2 storied house, so they had to replace some of the flashing and the plywood as some squirrels had gotten into it a couple of years ago. They even cleaned my gutters while they were up there. We were real pleased when they were done and cleaned up everything. It was like they were never here, except that I had a new roof. They took 2 days to do the windows. They did the upstairs the first day. You would never even have known they were here. There were 2 men and they just went about doing their job taking the old windows off and putting the new ones on. They were great. Our house is over 20 years old and had leaky windows. It is wonderful to have these new storm windows. I am looking forward to spring when it gets warmer and I am able to open the windows to get in some fresh air. I have a huge front window that is a monstrosity of a window. They had a window made for it with double paned tempered glass. They did a great job. The windows look good. You would have never known they were here. They worked hard, took an hour off for lunch, and were back at work.

The materials were delivered on the day he said it would and the work commenced at the time he said. During the process, he identified problems that I would need to fix. The people who put this house together in the past did shoddy work and I appreciated that they showed me what would be potential problems in the future. The crew kept everything clean and orderly and the cleanup afterward was superb. They left or property cleaner than when they came. The foreman conducted a walk-thru inspection with us and Chance did a secondary walk-thru the next day. As I mentioned, our house was put together badly and I have done a lot of repairs around here. I have dealt with shady contractors in the process and Lowcountry Roofing restored my faith in the home repair industry. On top of all this great work, he is a former military man and we support our military veterans. I highly recommend this company.

I had interviewed several roofers for this job, when Chance came along it was obvious that he was the guy to do the job. Instead of just replacing the roof he pointed out where the problems were and the yankee gutter was the first thing he mentioned and top on my mind also. The work was started and finished quickly. The work looked great but most importantly the neighbours all said that the crew was very polite and cleaned up their property as the work progressed, including retrieving errant shingles from swimming pool.
