Description of Work: Great job and communication! When we needed water damaged wood replaced,they had a carpenter who could do job. When we decided on exterior painting after roof replacement, they had a painter who did excellent job, using top-quality paint. Due to threatening weather, they used extra crew to insure roof replacement job was finished ahead of weather. Also, job site was kept immaculate by workmen specifically assigned to that job. I would recommend Lowcountry Roofing.

Description of Work: The owner came when scheduled, sent two crews to assure that job would be finished promptly. He followed up later to see if I had any problems with work.

Description of Work: Completely replaced the roof with 50 year shingles, new underpinnings, removed unusable chimney. Took less than 24 hours to do, worked until 9pm and came back at first light the next morning to clean up. We are VERY happy with their service.

Description of Work: Lowcountry Roofing was the fifth roofer that tried to find and repair a small leak in our metal roof. Others had worked on the leak, going so far as to "guarantee" their work, but refused to return when the roof continued to leak. Chance answered our call promptly, was on time for the appointment, and got our roof repaired properly. Lowcountry Roofing is the only local roofer that I would use or recommend.

Description of Work: They stripped our old shingles, replaced 4 pieces of plywood that was rotten. They used a special membrane to prevent leaks and replaced the shingles. They protected our bushes and left our yard as it was. They also put flashing over our porches and carport to prevent the water from running down the side of our house.

Description of Work: Not only did the give us a new roof, The put a new roof on our back porch which goes the width of our house. They also placed new caps and blew out all of our gutters. The crew was great they started at 7:15 a.m. and finished at 7 p.m. and cleaned our entire property. We were very impressed and are now considering windows from Chance as our next possible project. The crew was very courteous and respectful. We appreciated that. All in all very happy.

Description of Work: After only eight years on our original roof, we decided to replace it with one of better quality. Realizing this would be an expensive endeavor, we sought bids from three companies. Lowcountry Roofing & Exteriors submitted the lowest bid. From start to finish, they were a great company to work with. It took fewer than two days do the job. All during the project, they kept the work site very clean and uncluttered. There was no damage to our extensive plantings. The crew was extremely professional and a joy to work with. They did a very good job in their final cleanup. We recommend Lowcountry without reservation.

Description of Work: Replaced roof that was leaking and also repaired some siding. Really outstanding job right from the time that they came out and did estimate. While doing estimate they noticed some damaged siding and provide a quote for the siding as well as roof. After i decided to go with them they gave me a timeline & meet it. It seems rare that when someone gives you a timeline they fail to meet it. Not these guys they were on time and professional. They completed the me roof and repairs in about 6 hours. That included the clean up which was outstanding. My yard looked better after they left than it did before they arrived. I cant say enough good stuff about them will definitely use them again no question.
