+ -1 moreContractor failed to supervise subs. Quality was compromised because of no/limited on scene supervision. No attention to detail with feed back from the contractor only running one way - from me to him. Overall, I would say this house was "tract home quality at a custom home price."
Description of Work: Constructed a custom home of approximately 4000 square feet of living and garage space with elevator and front and rear porches.
