+ -1 moreI have a Heat-n-Go fireplace insert, 7 years old, that simply won't fire up. I called to schedule an appointment for this week. At first they said they had x number of people ahead of me. After I conveyed that I travel a lot and that I'm only in town this week the owner called me back and scheduled the appointment for the next morning. He was polite, professional, and did not harass me about the timeline. Perfect! I'll post another review after they provide the service.
