 + 0 moreMy roof sustained damage in a really bad storm to the point where shingles were flipped up and prior to the storm I plugged a leak in the roof, but it opened up when the storm came in. I contacted one of my contractor buddies and he told me he worked with a reliable crew of guys that work with South Pointe Roofing and they'd come out and give me a free quote so I made the call. Spoke to a very nice guy over the phone and we scheduled a time to meet at my house to see if could get the leak and possibly the damage fixed. So... they send out one of their inspectors (for free might I add) and it probably took about a day or so for them to get a quote back to me. They communicated well and were very informative with me. I'm a frugal person, so I got a few companies to come out and check the damage. No where near the level of responsiveness and informative explanation as South Pointe. I trusted the guys from South Pointe so I hired them and within a week my roof was replaced and they also replaced some of the plywood underneath. And I also got a new water resistant underlayment or whatever, but they hooked me up pretty good. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: South Pointe Roofing, LLC did an absolute awesome job on our roof replacement! I couldn't be more please with the professionalism and the time it took to get all of it done. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Columbia area. Good, honest people are really hard to find and these guys will not b.s. you. They took a lot of precautions to make sure that all of my framework was ok and that there was nothing to be worried about regarding my roof stability. The attention to detail is what won me over.
