We had a few glitches in the settlement process but Christy overcame all the obstacles and brought the sale to a closing.

We saw her during the summer and gave her a little update. She was professional and courteous. She was great. We were relocating to a new area and she was really great on helping to pick a development that fitted our needs, like a good school district and everything. We didn't know anything about the area, but she really knew it very well. She was able to fit in what we wanted. It was local and she was able to get us great information on the area. She was very patient because we looked at a lot of houses. We had a problem with our gas fireplace a couple of months after we moved in and my husband called her. She helped us out which was nice. I would highly recommend her.

We had an offer on a home being sold by this agency. Upon inspection by both a contractor and a foundation repair company the home was found to have approximately $3600 in structural damage. After deciding to withdraw our offer due to this damage we forwarded the inspection reports and repair estimate to this realtor for property disclosure. The agent at Russell Jeffcoat refused to disclose this information to future potential buyers. She said the reason she wont disclose this is that the sellers did not ask for this inspection to be done? Buyers beware!!!! We will not even consider looking at another property listed by this agency! Shame on russell and Jeffcoat for completely dishonest business practices!!!

Everything went great with this company. Our realtor Dick Jones was very helpful and professional. He was always available and is great with communicating you. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone. I never had a problem with this company at all.
