Description of Work: I had a leak in my bathroom, and suspected it was around the vent pipe. I had no idea who to call. I checked out Angie's List and joined. Right away I checked out the roofers, and Rennison had great reviews. Then what do you know, there was a coupon for $35 for pipe boot replacement, usually $70!! I bought the deal, and when David contacted me, I explained my issue. He came out while I was at work, installed the pipe boot, and found that around my chimney the caulk had worn away. He caulked there and several other places. My roof is over 18 yrs old so I asked him for an estimate and found that very reasonable. I will certainly use his company for my roof replacement in a couple of months. Oh, and he didn't charge me for the roof inspection, or the extra caulk. One guy wanted $100 to come out and just inspect my roof!!

Description of Work: I spoke to Mr Rennison in May of this year. He gave me a good estimate and followed up with plans but never called me back. Each time I spoke with him, I initiated the call. Even though he was highly recommended I could not recommend him to anyone else. I feel his lack of response is very unprofessional.
