Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up when they were finished. Dave and Chris were there to supervise and make sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys and we'll be using you again in the future.

David did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Price was very reasonable and he was on time. Roof for 2000 sq ft. house was complete in a day and its high quality work.

Sent me an email proposal (giving me time to review). Very pleased with work scheduled and done in one day. Covered shrubs, removed all trash and nails. A couple of heavy items were not returned to their location, but I should have been in yard before they left...and mentioned it. They cleaned driveway before leaving. They did not break anything in my yard.

I got multiple estimates and they varied widely. Chris Duncan presented the original estimate in January. He was knowlegable and straightforward. Something came up and we had to wait until June to proceed. Their estimate had been so fair and their reviews good so I called Chris again. He came over with the owner, David, and they graciously, gave me the same old estimate price and even threw in an upgrade. That was Monday. They did the job today, Wednesday of the same week. The crew arrived at 6:15 AM and worked hard and expeditiously. They were extremely efficient. They covered my shrubbery and protected my property. When they finished, they cleaned and cleaned and cleaned again. Then Chris and David came by and checked it all over again. By the way, they were here almost the entire time supervising. This is a professional group of individuals who offer a great service at an extremely fair price. I would use them for any remodel they did. Hire them without a second thought!

The roof is great, we have already had comments from the neighbors, all good! They went above and beyond. The removal of the old dormers and new decking in front has given the house a whole new look. I t WAS their idea to replace the dormers and I am SO glad we did it,it looks much better!. The men worked the entire day, the deck and the yard were left spotless. I would recommend them to anyone wanting any roofing work done.

Our experience with them was OK. The owner called directly but nobody on the crew spoke English when they got here. It was impossible to communicate. He sent out an all-Spanish speaking group. It's nice when at least one member of the crew speaks English. They were very prompt. They did clean up their debris and didn't leave trash around my house, which was nice. I am a new home owner, so I don't know how roof work works. If you've got something done in your bathroom, you can see it, but when it's on you roof, you've got to trust that it has been done. So I have to go by trust. I would use them again if they send out somebody I can talk to.

Rennison Repairs & Remodeling did a really good job. I have no problems with them. They are professional and courteous. They did a follow up to make sure that everything is in order. They have reasonable price.

I contacted Dave after reading other good reviews of his work on Angies list. He provided recommendations as to the best kind of door for our application. He and his crew installed our door in a precise and thorough manner. They were on time and cleaned up completely. Crew was friendly and professional. Dave connected me with a recommended painter to finish my exterior update. I will use Rennison again when I need other work of this type done..

They arrive when they say they are going to arrive and are very professional. The leave the work area clean after completion. I have used them 4 different times and that says much about their price and finished product. I would highly recommend Rennison for any home repair or renovation that you are considering. David and his team are very up front and will tell you if they can't do something. From working with this group they treat the work as if they are working on their own home. It's done right and it it's not the way you want it they will make it right.

I was not there when he came. My son was. The job was done and the invoice was left. My son said he was done before he knew it. 3/1/14 After he fixed the roof, it rained and I still had a leak. I was disappointed that Rennison did not trouble shoot properly and cold not fix the problem. I was forced to hire others who did trouble shoot, found the problem and fixed it. I feel like Rennison should have been able to to this but he was either unwilling or incapable.

Overall I felt that the renovations went very well and the contractor met schedule dates as requested. The contractor was very family orientated and would take the time to explain and answer all questions.

They were prompt, neat, busy at work and professional. Since it was a roof repair they took photos and showed them to us showing what the problem was. They even did a temporary "fix" until we could decide who we were hiring to do the full repair. If we have a need for a home repair in the future, we will give them a call.

When contacted on the phone the representative arrived on time, assessed the work and the damage. He called a day later with the estimate to which we agreed. The representative said he would call again to fix the schedule. A day later the representative called again giving a time and date for the crew to come and carry out the repairs. The date fixed was two weeks later with the work to be started at 7:00 am and to be completed by mid-morning by 10:00.We were asked to be in the house when the work was being done. We waited for the crew to turn up The crew called at 9:00 am asking us to be in the house, and they would be turning up in half an hour. They did not. My spouse had informed her employers about a late arrival that morning since she had to be present for the repairs. When the crew were delayed she called her employers saying she would be at work an hour later. We called the crew again and the reply was they would be at our house in one hour. This went on all morning. My spouse kept calling every hour and got the same "We will be there in an hour "response. My spouse finally called her employers to say she would not be able to attend work.The wait continued into the late afternoon. I was in another city on work. My spouse called at 3:00 pm to let me know that the repairs had not been done and she had been waiting for the crew since morning. I called the crew and found out that they were workimg at a different loaction on another job which would be finished " in an hour ". It was already 4:00 pm. If they could not finish the job today either I or my spouse would have to take another day off. I called the main office and spoke to the manager asking for a specific time instead of having long waits and revised times. The crew finally turned up at 6:00 pm and finished the job. If we had known that the crew would turn up at 6:00 pm my spouse could have gone to work as usual and returned in time to be present. As such my spouse lost a days vacation because of this contractor's indifference to their schedule. Positive side: The job was well done. The repaired flashing, molding and shingles survived another storm which caused wind damage to other houses in the neighborhood. Our house has suffered no damage since. The crew were qualified and efficient and completed the job within an hour and half ; far less than the estimate. On arrival they were courteous and apologized for the delay. They brought all the tools materials and equipment needed to complete the job.

It was a positive experience.And as a women doing it by myself I felt very comfortable that they were not trying to take advantage of me.

I called several people, and he had the best price. He did it all in only a day plus a couple of hours the next day. They were very fast. I'm very happy with them. I haven't had any problems.

I called on the morning of 9/4/12 and the boots were replaced before I got home at 5pm. Payment was paid for in advance as a "special" price.

Awesome job by these guys. I have a very busy work schedule, and the company followed up with when neccessary, but not to the extent that it was annoying. Gave them half up front, started working the next day. The project took a day longer than expected due to weather and material delivery, but the project was still completed faster than I though it could be done. Answered question, and explained the processes. All employees were friendly.

David is on-time and is easy to get along with. He's a great contractor!

We had to wait several months to be scheduled in (good contractors are busy), but our immediate issues with siding that fell were fixed quickly during that interval and at no cost. We were given good advice and options on how to save money. We were referred to a great place to select our siding. The work took about a week. The team was great about telling us what was going on, when they were coming and going. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

From the estimate thru completion I was impressed with the responsiveness and work ethic. They did not even charge me for extra materials that were used and the estimate stated clearly that there would be an extra charge. They even helped one of my neighbors clean pine needles off their roof. I wish I had used this company for all the remodeling on this house. Next time I will. Thanks guys.

A representative came out to inspect our roof and gave us a quote that was $1200 to $400 less than the other quotes we received. We were skeptical. I researched the company further and decided to use them after seeing that all other reviews of the company were positive. They completed the job in 1 1/2 days. Their workmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

The price they quoted was almost $2000.00. They were very good. I would probably use them as soon as I get the money together. They came out. They were responsive. It took them a couple of days to give me the estimate.

I spent around $20,000. Everything was good with them. Their prices were good. They showed up. When I called them and they did come back. I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future.
