The owner came to the house, reviewed all options from catalogs and on line, then took measurements for the door we wanted. Rennison scheduled a full day for installation; from 9:30AM to 5:00PM. It did take the entire time, because the workers were very careful and meticulous during all parts of the removal and installation. The ProVia door fit like a glove, and looks great. We are very pleased with the help in selecting the door, and the care taken during installation. Very good company. They work with you.

All aspects went well. Call and got a quote which was the lowest out of 3 and they did the job 5 days later. The roof was done in a day after they started. Looks great and haven't had any issues with it since they replaced it. The neighbors came over to say how good the new roof looked and how much the architectural shingle improved the look of the house.

Rennison Roofing installed Hardi-plank siding and new windows on our home (built in 1980 - they replaced all the Masonite on the exterior). We cannot say enough good things about Frank, Lloyd, Clifton and the crew. The professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. They treated my home as it were their own. I would 100% recommend without a doubt. Our older home looks new again!

Very well. Phil met with our insurance adjuster so they could go over everything together. After Phil left, the adjuster told me that I "had gotten a good one there" who didn't try to inflate the damage and was honest on everything. This made me feel pretty good, since I went with Rennison from the reviews on this site.

Worst service!!! 1. Replace back Sofit however used regular nails to attach. Did not totally remove back Sofit and Facia as contracted. 2. Did not inspect other areas of house Facia and Sofit by removing the Facia cover. Gutter company tried to relay to the owner that the sofit and facia was not secured and they could not attach the Leafguard gutters. Ended up paying additional cost to Leaftguard to inspect, total rework of back soft and facia by Rennison Pictures attached is work STATED AS READY FOR GUTTER AND INSPECTION COMPLETED BY RENNISON ROOFING! The men in the photo are from Leafguard inspecting Sofit and Facia after Rennison stated they got up on roof and completed the same inspection!!!! REFUND RENNISON ROOFING!!!

Fixed a leak and we had a bad storm the next day. Roof was still leaking so I called right away. He came out the next day and fixed another leak that hadn't been seen. Very professional. Haven't had any issues since

Rennison did an excellent job with removing our original 1950's windows and installing new ones. Will definitely hire again. Frank was the only person we got a bid from that mentioned the egress laws in our city, what that entailed, and how that effected what windows we purchased. The crew was very professional, and proficient. The windows look fantastic. If I was forced to offer any critical feedback, I'd say it would be nice if crew had time to windex the windows for the final presentation. Some had slight, cleanable smudges on them from shipping or the install, but this is a minor concern. We had half of our home's windows replaced with new ones, and will hire Rennison to do the second half at a later date. Highly recommend.

It went excellent and proceeded a lot faster than I thought was possible. They fixed my roof within 2 days, heart of one evening and the next day. They were able to work around my busy schedule and all work was done extremely neat. I went around and look for scrap pieces and was not able to find any around my yard they cleaned up extremely well. There were also no surprises and I was kept very well informed if there was anything that were to alter the price due to the condition of my roof. I am extremely happy with the end result and felt they took the extra mile where my roof was concerned.

My home was built in 1947 and although the shingles had been replaced at some point, it was in desperate need of a new roof. The entire process with Rennison was beyond my expectation. My home is under major renovation. I had to reschedule the roofing several times due to chimney demolition, my contractor who was absent and out of contact for weeks, and plumbing delays. With all of the confusion, mess, and my frustration, Rennison contacted and worked with my renovation contractor and installed my new roofing. Office management, David Rennison, and the crew were absolutely professional and made this part of my home's renovation a very positive experience. In fact, so positive, that I have asked Rennison Roofing and Exteriors to help with designing and installing windows in a poorly enclosed porch that will be gutted and re-invented into a sunny den. I look forward to working with Rennison Roofing and Exteriors to complete my next project.

The heavy rains of October 2015 exposed a hole in the front porch roof and water was noticeably streaming through the porch ceiling. The owner himself showed up on a Saturday afternoon, got on the roof, diagnosed the problem and placed a temporary patch over the hole until a crew could return to replace. They were busy due to floods. A crew completed work over a months later and did a splendid job. A few months later a crew returned to the fix a section on rear roof along with pipe boot repair. Splendid job. The owners David and Annette are great folks, they communicate to meet expectations, follow up on jobs performed and are very reasonable on pricing.

I contacted Rennison Roofing to get a quote for a new roof replacement. Our roof was about 18 years old and was showing its age. Phil was quick to come out and take a look, and work us up a quote. He gave us several options for shingles and answered all our questions about the process. After looking at several quotes and doing some research, we decided to go with Rennison. The guys who did the work were very professional, and did a great job on tearing off the old roof and also cleaned up as they went. The new roof looks great. we couldn't be happier.

I received a prompt reply from the Rennison team when I first contacted them through Angie's List. They promptly visited my home, discussed my roofing needs, and provided a fair estimate in just a few days. Phil was my point of contact throughout the entire process, and he was extremely professional, courteous, and always delivered what he promised. I also met David (the owner), and he took the time to discuss my project with me. David came across as a person of integrity and competence, and I knew from the first day that my project was in good hands. The Rennison adminstrative staff were also very prompt, enthusiastic, and helpful in terms of providing me with all of the documentation I needed. The roofers had a big task. I needed my entire roof replaced including the decking. I also needed to make sure I had adequate ventilation. It was a 4-day job, and the crew was excellent. They removed two layers of shingles and the old decking that was covered in mold. They then had to put on the new decking, followed by a state-of-the-art underlayment, and then the GAF shingles. The crew also installed ridge vents and later came back and installed soffit vents to ensure adequate ventilation. Throughout the entire process, the crew always made sure to leave the work site clean. They were very conscientious of the landscape, picking up nails and debris, and so on. They took time to talk to me and answered all of my questions. They genuinely cared about the quality of their work from start to finish. I highly recommend the Rennison team!

It's evident that these folks take great pride in their work. Communication was great, responsiveness was great and our overall experience was great. Not only would I recommend them it's quite likely we'll use them again ourselves in the very near future.

I called and actually was able to text them a photo of the damage to the house. They got right back to me and gave me a quote over the phone and said they would be out in the next 3 days to make the repair. They came on the 3rd day with a crew of 3 and were able to fix the gutter in no time at all. Very professional service.

This work was done in two phases, roof then siding, and that was mainly due to me. First he replaced the roof. It was simply outstanding. When I was looking for estimates, David showed up and gave a very thorough inspection of the roof. He asked questions and made suggestions. Some of the other guys I had out almost acted like they were rushed, so this was a pleasant change. His estimate wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest, either. He made such a good impression on me that I went with him instead of the lower prices I had. They did an outstanding job. The entire thing took about 2 days. Joel, the flashing guy, is an absolute artist. We couldn't be happier. The siding was a few months later. It took a little longer to get started than I would have liked due to his lead vinyl guy getting injured, causing Rennison to have to replace him. That's ok. They did a great job. I waited a few months to write the review just to make sure we would be happy with it. There was one small problem when they got through, but as soon as I mentioned it to David, they came right out and corrected it. Very happy with the results. All the lines are true, everything is square, they made sure the windows on the new wall matched up with the existing window lines, just an all around nice job. The house looks great. We're very happy with the results. The house was in need of a face-lift, and this really made it look great.
