Description of Work: The work done was excellent. However, I did ask that the wood behind the fascia board be fixed and it was not done. There really was no reason given for not looking at that.

Description of Work: We had our 15 year old roof replaced. There was a bit of a delay due to the non-stop rain but when it finally cleared up, they showed up on time and ready to work. We have a 40 square roof with a high slope - they handled it with no problems. Cleaned up the yard like it never happened - Thanks, David for taking such good care of us!!!

Description of Work: We called due to a small leak in one bedroom. They said, based on what we described over the phone, that it was most likely the boot. They came out 2 days later and not only replaced the one boot, but also re-chaulked the other 2 and made sure there was nothing else wrong with the roof. We didn't even need to be home they said and they would send us a bill! We got a quote of about $60 to $75 (for replacement of one boot). Our bill was $100 due to the extra work and they apologized for the increase in the bill. Then they wrote if the $100 would be a hardship for us to call them and they would figure something out! Of course we paid the $100 which was more than fair and said thank you for a job well done. This was the first time we used this company and we will call them again if we need any roof work done.

Description of Work: Chris Duncan, of Rennison Roofing, did an excellent job of roofing my parents' house. He spent time thoroughly checking out the problems with the old roof, gave sound advice for correcting them, and assisted with the details, planning, and work of re-roofing the house. The cost was very reasonable and the roof looks wonderful! I highly recommend Rennison Roofing!

Description of Work: I have used this company x2. We were new to SC and I had a water leak in my house. He was the only immediate response from all the folks I called. They fixed the roof and flashing and found, by further inspection, that the roof had holes all over it. When built, the holes were never filled with sealant when tiled (and toe boards popped up). He walked the entire roof and filled all the holes using 2-3 tubes of sealant. The house inspector a few months earlier said the roof was in great condition! Upon further inspection, he found a portion of the roof to need wood trim replaced (dry rotted) and painted which they did a fabulous job on. He also identified a mortar issue along the windows and corrected it. These events transpired over 2 visits and all were necessary and small corrections which could have turned into huge problems if not corrected early. His folks are kind, hard working, neat, and timely. Very well priced and I will call him again in the future when needed!

+ 0 moreI am new to the northeast area of Columbia SC. My husband had just left for Kuwait and we had a terrible rainstorm. I found 3 inches of water in my kitchen light fixture at 4 PM. Having lived in the neighborhood for less than 4 weeks, I had no idea who to call as the warrenty on our new home did not cover structure issues. Additionally, the weather report called for more rain. I was also due to leave for NY the next morning for placing my mother in a nursing home. So I googled roof repairs and called a few places. It was now 5PM. I knew most businesses would be closing. Mr Rennison's business showed up on the list with a 5-star rating so I took a chance. He actually answered the phone himself and had someone to my home by 7AM. Initial repairs were completed and the roof evaluated. I was able to leave for my trip and he and his team came the following day and reroofed the portion of the roof which was not adequate. Additionally, they walked the roof and found the builder had not filled the nail holes of the 2 by 4s used when the initial roof was placed. It required many tubes of silicone to fill all of the holes but the roof is in good repair at this point. I returned from my trip weeks later and it was only then that I met Mr Rennison when he drove all the way to my home to pick up my check as I was unable to leave the house that day due to another obligation. Kindness, professionalism, quality and service of the utmost do not even do justice to describe the work Mr Rennison provided. I have even called him since to have him recommend others in the area for things I need for my home. You cannot go wrong with his company! I am thrilled with the workmanship!

Description of Work: We had one piece of siding that had come off our house, plus two others that were loose. Mr. Rennison and his helper reattached the siding in all places.

+ 0 moreRepair went very well. Work was completed very quickly. Mr. Rennison always explains what he is doing in an easy to understand way. We've not had another problem with the siding despite several heavy storms.
Description of Work: A piece of siding had come off our house for the 2nd time. Mr. Rennison had warned us that due to the length that it was cut originally we might have this problem when he made a repair in February. This time, he ordered a new length of siding in a similar color, cut it to size and installed it properly.
