Red Dragon Plumbing

Responded as part of a home warranty service call, the fiasco lasted over 2 hours. They got out of their truck without looking at anything and while standing in the driveway decided that clearing the blockage would require additional costs not covered by the warranty service. When challenged to prove the miraculous assessments the games began. They ranged from calling the warranty service several time to complain, to demanding they be able to cut an ornamental tree 18 inches away from the clean out so he could move the snake machine directly over the clean out. I told him to leave the machine two foot away from the clean out and run the extra two foot of cable to the clean out, and no, I was not going to pay over a $100 for him the cut the ornamental tree down. Ultimately, when they figured out that neither I nor the warranty service was going to pay them extra fees, they left the blockage in place complaining about how it could not be remove without digging up the line. The next plumber came and went in about 45 minutes cleaning out the line from the house to the service line, including inspecting the line for damage with a camera, not something Red Dragon was capable of doing.

Waiting for WJA construction to come and repair problem. Meantime no water

He was very reasonably priced. He is located a further distance away from us than other plumbers, but I choose to hire him and he does not have a problem coming to do the work. He came out the same day I called and quickly got the job complete. It was just wonderful. He is very knowledgable and has given us very great information. He is immaculate and spotless! He is really great and I don't think I will call any other plumber.
