Description of Work: I used them to find a rental property in Columbia, SC. They were very responsive to my inquiries and worked with me to find a house in my price range. They were very professional. The only complaint would be that they do not have a large selection of properties to choose from but I'm happy with what I have.

Description of Work: I moved to California for a few years and they have managed my house in the subdivision of Ascot in Irmo. I have had an open line of communication and have been provided pictures on a regular basis. They inform me of repairs that are needed to keep my home in good working order for when I return. A tenant was found immediately and rent has always been paid in a timely fashion. I am a business owner and respect the job they have been doing for me.

Description of Work: This company is managing my house in Irmo , while I relocated with my job. They are very, very professional and found a renter very quickly . The renter is doing a good job of keeping my house kept nicely and says he wants to buy it before the lease ends. I receive pictures of my house from Property Consultants because I miss it. I recommend this company very , very much. PScott

Description of Work: Property Consultants manages our Lake Murray home for us and has managed our home since the military transferred us approx. 10 years ago. They do an excellent job in providing us with great renters who treat our home like we would. We have visited the home several times through the years and are very happy with the way it looks. We have also done upgrades and remodeling through Property Consultants. New floors, new kitchen, fencing and more. We receive statements , pictures and emails keeping us updated with our home and Property Consultants always lets us know what we need to do to keep the house up. Recently, they saved us hundreds on a termite renewal bond. I wanted to post this review as a way to say THANK YOU to Susan and the helpful girls at Property Consultants. June
