Initially came out without a charge to inspect a roof leak, took pictures And I was presented a quote within 2 days. I then scheduled them to perform the repair.

Premiere Roofing was everything I wanted and more. The workers were courteous and proficient. They showed up on time and worked tiredlessly throughout the day. The project manager was on site during most of the job and he provided us with answers to our questions and confidence that we had chosen the right company for our needs.

Premier was extremely prompt and got the repairs done ahead of schedule. Actually showed before and after photos to show what they found and how they corrected. Everyone in organization is most professional and courteous. Will definitely continue to use Premier Roofing!

Roof repair was done as expected. The gutter repair was an issue due to the original quote did not include some repair work that needed prior to the gutter replacement. Weather and time delay was a factor, but the job was finally completed. Darrell and his team made sure the job was completed and the work was very professionally done. Everyone that came to work on the job was friendly and professional.

Premier Roofing did an outstanding job. They kept me updated weekly on the scheduling status. On the day of the job, I received a call from the Onsite Manger to advise they were at the home and willing to address any questions. I was pleased to have the call and receive pictures once the job was completed considering I'm not in the local area. Great job!! Called Premier about a small problem. They sent Casey Wise out the next morning, and he replace both vent covers, and corrected the problem. Also, he saw a loose piece of siding , and repaired it on his way down the ladder. Very professional, and great attitude.

Premier did an excellent job. Our first contact was Russ Miller, their Account Representative. Russ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable guiding us on our roof selection. We were given an estimated date to start work and they met that date within a week and a half, only missing the target date due to rain. The work crew worked fast and efficiently. We were happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

I called several roofing companies to get estimates on replacing the roof on my house due to the fact it is getting some age on it and it need some repairs due to a recent windstorm. Out of the 6 companies I called Premiere Roofing is the only one that did not try and sell me a roof. After inspecting my roof they advised me that my roof is still has a good 5 years of life left in it and only needed a few small repairs. So needless to say when it is time for me to replace the roof on my house I will only be calling one roofing company and that is Premiere Roofing.

From the delivery of the materials through the ending of the project, the entire team did an excellent job replacing the roofing and the minor repairs for the metal facia, gutters and interior ceiling damage. The crew went straight to work upon arrival and worked hard to make sure all debri was promptly removed before leaving each evening. I was pleased with the delivery of service from Premiere Roofing.
