Precision Painting painted a den containing wood paneling and a brick fireplace, and two large wooden bookcases. They did an excellent job! I have used them twice over the years to paint the house exterior (brick house with wood trim and wood front porch wall). They have always done the highest quality work and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their prices match their professionalism - you can have it done cheaper by someone else, but you're taking a risk on the outcome IMO.

Of all of the calls for estimates, Precision was the only company that came out to look at our house the next day. Robbie was exactly on time with business card in hand. We walked the property and he listened to everything I said. He made several suggestions about the work which all made sense. We received a very reasonable estimate and signed an itemized contract. After several weeks, they started the work which had been estimated as 8 days duration. The workers always started on time each day and also worked full days only taking a short lunch which they had on-site. All food and trash was always out of site and this was never an issue. A full crew worked each day and they always had a plan for what they wanted to complete daily. Robbie also kept us informed on any decisions that were needed. It was apparent that this company has employees they really enjoy there profession. Workers were always courteous and friendly. What I like most about this company is that they do more than just paint. We had a good bit of wood that needed to be replaced. I talked to another company and they said they were interested in painting but I would need to hire a separate carpenter and some one else for gutters. Precision gave me a complete answer with me only needing to work with one company. The Quality of their work needs to also be mentioned. Not a single drip of paint was found anywhere. No brush marks, no see-thru areas either. All new wood was primed and a top coat applied. We could not be happier with the result. We parted ways saying that they will be back in a few years to make sure the house continues to look as good as it does now.

Everything went very well no problems

We hired Robbie because I knew him personally, knew he was expensive but his work was worth it. We were away while the work was being done and trusted everything would be corrected, for $23,000.00 you would think it'd be exceptional. When we returned, all of our crown molding was painted the wall color on the bottom, tape was left on fixtures and nothing was removed to paint, it was all taped up. The ceiling was worse than when they started, still crooked and the tape they were suppose to remove and redo is just like it was before. In my opinion, they made a bigger mess than what we had. The paint outside is peeling but my husband doesn't want them back. The screen porch was fine, but they didn't finish the job, stain is still missing in places. We hired someone else to fix the crown molding because Robbie told me to enjoy my house and quit b*******! This was a total disaster, not sure why he did such a horrible job here, but I will NEVER have him back or refer him to anyone else!! If I could show you before and after photos, I would.

The quality of all the work (pressure washing, wood repair, preparation and painting) was exceptional. The gutter work was subcontracted and was also excellent. Work was started as promised, workers showed up on time, the job was completed in four days and cleanup was thorough. Contract was clearly written and references provided. Robbie was easy to work with and responsive to our requests.

It went very well. workers were always on time. It had to be very hot on the roof (July) but they worked until dark! I have had many compliments on my roof. It really looks great! The gutters look good also. However he configured them, they keep the water off of my front porch where there was alot of water damage to the bottom of some columns before. Saw owner of business many times at my house checking work. Overall, a great job!
