Description of Work: I contacted this company twice In September 2016 to hire for regular yard work and upkeep. I figured they were unusually busy so in October 2016 so cobtacted again and it has been 2 weeks and an have heard nothing via Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI contacted him about mowing a lot for me. I had to call him back 3 times over a weeks period to get an estimate. Once I got the estimate (on a Saturday) I was told it would be cut the first of the week. It had not been done and I called him again twice on Thursday of that week and never got a returned call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Nothing, would not even return phone calls.

+ -1 moreWe were not given a definite time when they would show so we never knew when they would be there. We used them for 2 months and made it clear that the main thing we were interested in was edging the beds. They did not do it on the first visit and when I called to complain he said they would do it next time. The next time the beds in the front yard were edged very poorly, some places not at all. I called to tell them again that I wanted a very clean edge. The next time they came the edgeing was not any better so I texted them and said I wanted a cleaner edge. They never returned my call, and the next time they came out they did not edge properly again. I called to cancel the service after 2 months.
Description of Work: They were to perform maintenance on our yard every two weeks. Cut the grass, edge, and blow the walkways and driveway

+ -1 moreDamon is the man! My husband and I both have very intensive jobs and in our free time, yard work isn't typically our priority. We decided that this year we would find a lawn care service. I called Damon yesterday for an estimate. I gave him consent to go check out the yard while we were both at work, and he evaluated it and called me back with an estimate that seemed more than reasonable to us given the state our yard was in. While scheduling Damon said it would be best to do it close to trash day. Well Thursday morning is our trash day, so I figured we would have to wait until next week. Not with Damon. He was able to somehow get it done on the same day. I never would have imagined anyone would be able to service us the same day. The yard looks amazing and I will always use Personal Touch in the future.
Description of Work: Raked up pinestraw, removed pinecones, mowed, edged, bagged everything, moved tree debris from back yard to street for trash pick up

Description of Work: Moved into a new home that replicated a forest in the back yard!! He came ahead of time to see what needed to be done. We made the appointment for him to return and complete the work and he came at the exact time he said he would be there.

+ -1 morePersonal Touch is a great lawn service. He know when to put on fertilizer and handles the yard each month of the year. If we need extra work done (such as shrubs clipped) we let them know and they do it (with an extra charge). They are reliable. The cost is reasonable.
Description of Work: Personal Touch takes care of our lawn each month of the year. We pay a monthly fee and they always show up to do what ever needs to be done. They cut the grass in summer, edge the lawn. In fall they get the leaves up. They apply fertilizer when it's needed and just add to the bill. They blow leaves off the driveway and deck. we send them a check and they take care of the lawn. When shrubs need clipping, we just let them know.
