+ -1 moreA leak started on the weekend when my wife was washing dishes at the kitchen sink and panicked when she felt and saw water flowing from the undersink cabinet onto the floor at her feet. I called Nipper & Son (i.e, Steve Bochu), who made himself available to come out on the weekend. He arrived exactly at the time he promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, verified that he had in his truck all the material needed to repair the leak's source, and then proceeded to fix the problem, all within the space of an hour. The best part of this experience was Steve's willingness to come on the weekend. Another nice surprise was that the price he charged for his services and material was very reasonable. In fact, I would have gladly paid twice as much in order to get this job done so quickly.
Description of Work: A water leak had to be diagnosed and corrected.

+ 0 moreGreat. Very thorough. Came when he said, gave us an upfront expectation of how much we would pay at each step of the way.
Description of Work: Building bath in unfinished upstairs. Stephen brought water supply to area and put in drains. This was a 3-step process, one to bring lines in, one to set shower base, and final connection. Also, as we were getting a new roof had to come install vent while roofers were onsite (requiring 4th visit). Also, during process found we had a design flaw and had to move shower drain, came the next day and while there also took care of an outside leaking faucet, took care of that for us.
